I booked this hotel because it's right at the beach. When I arrived, they upgraded me to a different ”nicer” room. I was very happy about this.😊 The room it's self looked really beautiful and it's big! I arrived early, so my bags were dropped, and I was out of there. I was so excited to explore. I got back to the room late, took a shower, and then realized the disappointment. The bed was super hard. It has a kitchen, with a kettle, 2 cups and glasses. If you need anything else like pots, pans, or cutlery, you have to ask for it. I found a checklist with things listed that were not in the room. I could not even enjoy sitting on the balcony as my ”upgraded” room had a view of a wall. The room I booked initially at least had the view of the swimming pool, which, by the way, closed at 7:30 or something like that. The hotel's restaurant had limited food and was not very good. All staff are very friendly and helpful, but the wait to be helped is way too long for an empty restaurant. Oh, did I mention, you are not allowed to swim at the beach, it's just for viewing. So my perception of this hotel when I looked at the pictures to book was ”What a great place to unwind and relax and swim!” It's a misconception... Also, everything else is so far away you have to book a taxi to go to a nice bar or shops etc. There are a lot of massage places around and a taco shop, which I liked(probably the only thing). I stayed for 5 nights and wished the time to pass. If you are looking for a quiet place, with nothing around and don't want to swim in the ocean, then this is the perfect place.

The hotel was clean and tidy. The rooms were cleaned daily. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was extensive and delicious. Unfortunately, construction work was taking place during our stay, causing some noise from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., although we were informed of this upon arrival. The hotel seems to accommodate many bus tourists who leave the following day, so we often have the pool to ourselves. The beach isn't really designed for swimming. For that, you should opt for other beaches. Everything is easily accessible by scooter. Public transport stops are far away.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a hotel-only holiday with use of a beach. If you're traveling a lot and want to experience the country and its people away from the tourist hotspots, it's perfectly adequate and good.

We recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at this hotel in Phuket! The cleanliness of the property was impressive, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The facilities, especially the swimming pool, were well-maintained and inviting.
We appreciated having three restaurants on-site, offering a variety of delicious meals at reasonable prices. While the breakfast buffet could benefit from a few more options, the quality of the food was acceptable. One minor disappointment was that the steamed dim sum was served cold, which detracted a bit from the experience.
On a positive note, the spa services were fantastic, providing a perfect way to unwind.
The interior design of the hotel creates a lovely ambiance, making it a great place to relax and rejuvenate. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in Phuket!

I honestly fell in love with Selina Phuket and I recommend it 1000%!! It's a wonderful place!! The setting is beautiful, quiet, with a gorgeous view of the beach, two pools! One is luxurious facing the sea and another is equally exquisite in the garden area. Beautiful, comfortable, and clean rooms. The restaurant has delicious food, is cozy, and always has fun activities to do! It also has incredible staff! The people who work here are incredibly friendly and always have a smile, ready to help. I will definitely return to this same place if I come to Phuket again! And of course, I've already recommended them to friends and acquaintances because good things should be shared! I'm counting the days to come back again 🥰

Very clean hotel. Nearby attractions are about ten minutes away by taxi. Great for sunrise. Good for leaving luggage after checkout and going to the airport late at night. There are many good restaurants within 1km.

Deluxe room. A wonderful hotel, spacious room, huge bed, delicious breakfast, there is a large balcony with a table and chairs where you can sit in the evening. Cleaning every day, the rooms are clean. I recommend. The only negative is the noise from the road, but it’s close to it

The hotel is clean. A few restaurants nearby and a 7-11. It takes about 7 minutes to get to the beach. Good value hotel, but you need a moped or car. The staff is really friendly. There is a mosque right next door, which is lovely. Deluxe room, downstairs.

This hotel looks very modern and luxurious. We booked a family room which comes with ensuite kitchen (fully furnished) and two master bedrooms. Absolutely fitting for a family of four. However, such a modern theme also comes the downsides of poor lightings and illumination when the night falls.
What could have been a pleasant stay was made worse because of mosquitoes within the premises!!! We lost count of the number of mosquitoes that we killed. Absolutely no idea where the mosquitoes were from, how they kept coming and why they frequently lurk in the bathroom and bedrooms.
Why we gave a one-star for cleanliness — Not to exaggerate, but in just an hour upon checking in, my son was bitten at least six times on his legs. My second son also had a swelling in his ear on the third day that was so bad that I had to bring him to the hospital due to perichondritis (it’s common knowledge that young kids can be more prone to swelling from mosquito bites as a result of over-sensitivity, but this was way too serious). This was despite all the mosquito repellents that we sprayed in the rooms, including using the electronic repellents that the hotel provided to plug in the bedrooms. We have an average of 3-4 mosquito bites each day after all the killings, with the first day the worst. We stayed a total of 4 days and 3 nights, so the mosquito problem is quite bad. We should have taken a video of 4-5 mosquitoes hanging around outside of the balcony’s window and trying to fly into the room 555…
The hotel is also 30-40mins away from the Old Phuket Town, so for those who wants to go to the beaches and old town, this place is slightly out of the way. We booked here primarily because we rented a car, it was on discount (and looked good), and we don’t mind staying and chilling in the room whole day. Which is why, the mosquito problem was such a terrible experience for us…

I personally didn't have enough closets/dryers in the room. Because when it rains on the street, it's not possible to dry things.

There is a small nuance: during the rain, the territory is a little bit fumes, and the overhead flows in front of the door in the bungalow. It is not a minus, just need to bear in mind.
First and huge plus: silence!!! The goal at the beginning of the holiday was slowing down and resting, and it was fulfilled)
Second: environment. I felt like in a village, and after Moscow it is the most) opposite the cheap and delicious restaurant! And right left of it 7/11.
Third: Welcome to all who work in the hotel! Smiling and always ready to help! Thank you very much ♥️
Fourth: The location was convenient for us because we were on a bike. The same distance was up to two class beaches: Nai Harn and Sangchai (it is better to go there only with aquash/coral)
Fifth: The pool!!!! The fact of his presence was very pleased to me, as it is not all 5*, and here it was still and clean almost always(if it wasn't raining)
Sixth: There was a gel for shower, shampoo, balsam and hand soap. Tweets for body and beach for two pieces. Also coats) regularly filled the water) air conditioner worked well! Wifi was fast! Clean well!

GGuest UserThere was an episode in the middle. Overall it is not bad, for the number of people staying in the family, it is a good choice for friends who drive by car. It is very convenient to go out and drive anywhere. It takes only a minute to drive to the downtown area. Going up the mountain road on both sides of the various elephant camps, ATV, jungle leaps.

GGuest UserVery comfortable and beautiful hotel with warm and thoughtful service. Excellent location. The swimming pool is great. Next to it is a Thai massage shop, restaurants, supermarkets, and very close to Rawai Beach. I will stay here again next time!
