1、空調免費，但是不給空調遙控器。2、有電熱毯，但晚上十一點半左右會斷插座的電，目的可能是防止整夜開電熱毯浪費電，五孔插座，給手機充電，不能用電熱毯，用電熱毯，不能給手機充電。3、我身高175cm，被子稍短，晚上腳底板蓋住了，肩膀露在外頭，肩膀蓋住了，腳底板漏風。4、衞生間沒有換氣風扇、洗完澡之後水蒸氣全散在房間裏，導致房間濕氣很重。

我們是當天十點在網上預訂的，十二點去，房間沒騰出來，前台説很快就打掃好。一直到下午差不多三點多才把房間騰出來，一進房間，有很難聞的味道，衞生差，被套上都有灰，還有明顯污跡，房間裏還有沒打掃乾淨的煙頭。完全睡不下去，坐了一晚上，
