酒店位於景區內，便利。但晚上篝火晚會&卡拉OK太吵。整個酒店被噪音污染。晚上22:30打電話與酒店交涉無果。

因為臨時決定要到陝西最南邊的景點——天書峽，所以下午4點才從石泉的中壩大峽谷開車趕來，途中聯繫店方幫忙留飯。到了鎮坪縣城時開始下大雨，天色也變黑，上了盤山路又遇到大霧，路況不熟的我帶着一家老小，心情極度緊張。最後到達山莊，可以説是饑寒交迫，因為我們前一頓飯是10個小時之前吃的。吃到店家提前準備好的飯菜，有一種獲救了的感覺。客房很樸素，很乾凈，被褥乾燥舒適。測了一下山莊的海拔，竟然有兩千多米。到天書峽遊玩住宿的不二選擇！

酒店地理位置非常好，離天書峽景區很近，服務也還可以，但是入住後發現衞生間下水不通導致滿衞生間水，最後不得已出去借了掃把和簸箕踩在水裡一鏟一鏟的舀到馬桶裏才勉強進人。晚上十點多來人折騰了半天也沒有搞定，因為我們太累了所以沒有讓工人繼續搞下去。第二天我們要離店了來了個年輕點的小夥繼續搞，不過他態度很好，一直在道歉。

酒店衞生乾淨，前台美女小妹服務很貼心，給我們建議，恰逢七夕節，貼心的給我們家人們都送了德芙巧克力和玫瑰花，晚上特別涼快，沒有空調的房間，8月份我們蓋着厚被睡覺，房間很乾凈

酒店就在景區內，非常方便。房間乾淨，寬敞。早飯豐富。晚上酒店還有篝火晚會，很熱鬧。景區比外面温度低很多，酒店很暖心，有電褥子。舒心！

早上起來沒有服務員！房間門打不開！最後服務員説已經叫人來了，可是等了40分鐘也沒人來！房間衞生間氣味大！
