虛假宣傳！裝了個衹看到牆壁、大白天看不到一絲陽光假窗的黑暗房，當作是有窗房，煙味濃烈，找酒店，説是部分有窗，有窗無窗價格一樣，要麼就住，要麼就退訂單，要不是大過年的大黑夜的，帶着個長者家，附近酒店都滿了，幾十年住了唯二的黑暗房。住了幾十年酒店，頭一回聽説有窗房和無窗房價格是一樣的。希望平台查查，這是否屬於虛假宣傳？如果説不屬於，希望網友不要上當受騙，無窗房的滋味不好受！看圖，這就是有窗房！注:如果該內容審核説不符合規定，屏蔽了，我將發到社交平台上，讓專業網友點評。

體驗感很是不好，已經第二次住了，上一次住還是去年這個時候。上次倒是沒什麼問題，説説這次經歷吧，前台配的房間，刷卡進門發現，床上的被褥亂七八糟，有沒有人住我不知道，但是從這個角度來説，太不專業了。幸好裏面沒人，後面衹得換到隔壁的房。這不是重點。重點是第二天早上。我的房間退房時間是下午1點，早上10點多出去辦事，11點多回來，居然房間門開着，放着一個拖把在門口。在我沒有退房的情況下，居然直接來清理房間，衹能説牛掰！！要是人家兩夫妻在裏面光着衣服怎麼搞？真的需要改進。

服務：我是本地人，來這酒店開了好幾次了這次體檢最差的一次，我4月7號開的一個晚上到4月8號，7號下午我出門剛好清潔啊姨看見，8號1點來退房我刷我的門卡進不去，就和前台説，她就説我昨晚沒有回來住就給我私自12點就退房了之前我住我説不都是2點之前嘛，還叫啊姨來收拾我的房間你想想我的私人物品還在裏面和戒指我告你侵犯我的私隱都可以吧，我晚上沒有回來住你就可以私自退我的房間？平台沒有我的電話？問都沒有問我，沒想到還有這種事發生相當無語，前台還和我解釋説晚上我沒有回來住8號早上就退了我的房，，我住不住是我的事沒到時間你沒有權力退我的房，後面打電話問清潔啊姨我的物品在不在她那裡，啊姨給我留了出來我就上去找啊姨拿回來，沒想到上去看見清潔啊姨躺在玩手機我相當震驚是累了吧！！！！我的物品拿回來了但是真的很無語，自已的物品都給人看見，説了這麼多是真的很失望，我之前還覺得這酒店是我們本地最好的，我還經常來開現在真的很無語了🤮
