The hotel was super clean and well furnished. However, I feel that the service could be improved. The receptionist who helped with my check in felt unfriendly, she was frowning and sighing the entire time and the housekeeping ladies was knocking and ringing on my doorbell repeatedly even when I have a late check out.

Hotel is located in quite area a bit further from the beach and if you have a car is convinient. Room was spacious and clean
Swimming pool is located in another building and we were asked to pay for 15months old baby for using :)) Luckily other guests told us that water in the pool is too cold so we didnt go anyway, also I have checked by myself and it was truth.
There was no many choices for breakfast.
It was nice for the weekend trip but overall I think that was a bit overpriced for the service that you get

Although it is not as fashionable as other hotels, it is clean and hygienic. The housekeeper manager is also very considerate. He upgraded our room and put fruits in it. Some minor problems can be solved in time. Although it is close to the south, it is very close to Tannan Bay and very convenient. A very happy journey

I decided to come to Pingtan on short notice and was able to book such a satisfactory hotel. I brought my parents and children with me. We arrived in Pingtan early that day and arrived at the hotel at around 12 o'clock. Later, the hotel lobby manager took the initiative to upgrade our room type from a family room to a family suite.
