"🌊 Great Service and Beach Location, But a Few Things to Know! We had a mixed but overall good experience here, mostly thanks to the wonderful staff. The Positives & The Room ✨ The service here is genuinely good! We originally booked a standard Twin room, but the hotel kindly upgraded us to a Family room. The upgraded room was absolutely awesome—very big, comfortable, and perfectly clean. Even though the hotel building itself feels a little bit old and dated, the spacious room really made up for it. Location & Beach 🏖️ The hotel is located right by the sea, which is beautiful. There are a few cafes right on the beach, though keep in mind their menus are quite limited. Also, unless you are visiting during the peak hot summer season, you won't be able to swim in the ocean because of the weather. The Downsides: Pool & Noise 🚧 Since we couldn't swim in the sea, we were hoping to use the pool, but unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed. I highly recommend contacting the hotel to check if the pool is operating before you book! The biggest issue during our stay, however, was the noise. There was active construction going on, and they were constantly fixing the roof next door. It was quite noisy and definitely disrupted the peaceful beach vibe. Bottom Line: A great beachfront location with excellent service and spacious rooms, but definitely double-check the pool and construction status before your trip! "Came to Pingtan Island with friends and chose this hotel. The surrounding area has all the amenities you need – dining and shopping are quite convenient. Parking is also easy, and car charging isn't too far away, which is very handy. However, it would be even better if the hotel parking lot had a few charging stations installed!"

"The location is a bit out of the way, so it's best if you have a car, which luckily we did rent. The hotel staff and manager were all incredibly helpful and friendly. We even got a discount at the Haagen-Dazs downstairs with our room key! Everyone greeted us politely when we came and went, which made us feel really welcome. We had a fantastic few days in Pingtan and will definitely stay here again next time. The guys at the pool were excellent; as soon as they saw our kids, they immediately started blowing bubbles and even arranged paddleboards for them. The kids had an absolute blast! The only downside was that the pool area had no shade, so it got pretty sunny. Overall, I'd give it an average of 5 stars. A slightly more elaborate breakfast would make it even better."

"We had a pleasant stay at this homestay! The location is great—close to many local eateries. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a spacious balcony that offered a nice spot to relax. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting us with transport arrangements and even helping to carry our luggage, which we really appreciated. One thing to note: there’s no fridge in the room, so plan accordingly if you need cold storage. Tip: If you're heading to Pingtan, especially BeiGang village, try to pack light. The area is full of charming stone paths, scenic slopes, and breathtaking views—lighter luggage makes the journey much more enjoyable!"

"This hotel boasts an excellent location right in the heart of the county, very close to Longwangtou Beach. The front desk staff were also very friendly. From the room, you can directly watch the sunrise, and parking is super convenient. There are many restaurants nearby. The front desk even upgraded us to a family room when they saw we had a child with us, which was absolutely fantastic!"

"This hotel was great! I only planned to stay for one night, but ended up staying for four. A big thanks to the lady at the front desk who upgraded us to a sea view room. We could see the ocean right from our bed, and at night we even saw people setting off fireworks on the beach. In the morning, there was no need to go to the beach – we could watch the sunrise directly from our room. It was a fantastic trip, and the kids absolutely loved the play area. We'll definitely be back!"

"The room is not big but clean. The proprietress and her family are very nice. I fell on the reef and got injured on the first day. The proprietress helped me apply medicine and bandage. She was very nice and friendly!"

"I chose this homestay on the Internet. After I arrived, it met expectations and was what I imagined. The homestay is located in Yuzhuang Village, the location is super good, opposite the supermarket, you can meet all supplies, diagonally opposite the breakfast (seagull cake, fried chicken fried sausage, buns fried dough sticks, soy milk eggs) is very convenient. Two minutes behind the homestay, you can see the Zhenwu Xuandi Temple. You can walk to the Platinum Beach in five minutes. There are few people, fine sand and clean sea water. It is very suitable for friends who like the undeveloped natural landscape to experience the experience. I had a meal at noon the next day and felt the hospitality of the "landlord aunt". The dishes were delicious and the people were very nice. I was going to bring my family to play next time. Listening to the "landlord aunt" said that the whole building of the homestay accepts the whole reservation, can cook and wash, quite suitable for a family of many people to travel on holidays."

"I was worried about the 5-star positive reviews before booking this hotel. I was very nervous and booked this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised. The store is run by a husband and wife, who are as friendly as their elders. The uncle picks you up at the station and tells you not to walk too far when it is too late. When you come back late, your aunt will help collect your clothes. You can see the panoramic view of the stone house from the top floor of the B&B. You can also see the seaside, and you can take a taxi at the door to go to any scenic spot, which is not very far. The B&B room is very clean and tidy. Although it is small, it is fully equipped. Even the towels and bath towels in the hotel are disposable. The details are praised. Except for the small size of the room I booked, everything else was fine. The lady responsible for contacting the reception was also very nice. From the beginning, she patiently answered various questions, helped plan the route, and suggested places to eat. Because we were two moms traveling with their kids, they came home late one day and asked us why we hadn’t come back yet, which was very considerate. It is very close to the beach at the entrance of Houyan Island, about ten minutes' walk. Stayed for two nights and will stay here again next time."

"The perfect B&B I found in Pingtan! The location is absolutely amazing, with the cliffside cafe directly facing the windmills and the blue ocean. The floor-to-ceiling windows and lawn in the common area are naturally Instagram-worthy. The rooms are comfortable, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. "You absolutely have to stay here when you visit Pingtan! Compared to other B&Bs on the island, this place has an amazing gym and pool, and the cleanliness is top-notch. The water pressure is fantastic, making showers super enjoyable, and the in-room dehumidifier works really well. A big thank you to staff member Xiao Juan, who helped us with a room upgrade and gave us some great, thoughtful tips for exploring. We had a wonderful time!"

"Located on the hilltop next to the windmill restaurant, dining is super convenient. Down the hill, there's the popular Fairy Tale Town for some great photo ops. The butler created a group chat in advance and even reported the 'Blue Tears' (bioluminescent plankton) locations daily; their service was incredibly enthusiastic. We also received complimentary drinks and desserts in the afternoon. It would be even better if the breakfast selection had more variety. The large pool is fantastic for photos! When the hot water stopped working on the first day, it was promptly fixed. Overall, the service is very detailed and thoughtful, and the room cleanliness is up to par. There are quite a few rooms, and the design is very creative. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel was beautiful and clean. The location is a little remote but so quiet. This was a great opportunity to get away from the city, and enjoy the island. The room was presented in a beautiful clean manner, we also received a plate of fruit after we had gone to the room. The only negative point is that there were some events happening at the hotel, which greatly impacted on the hotel restaurant. The food took too long to receive after placing our order; and due to it being the off season they didn't turn on the A/C in the restaurant, even after some guests asked for it to be turned on."

It's just a few minutes' walk to Longwangtou Beach, with fine sand perfect for beachcombing. The room had excellent natural light, thick blackout curtains, and I slept soundly until dawn. The breakfast was plentiful and authentically delicious."

"As a platinum member of Atour and a seasoned fan, when I was booking a room in Pingtan, I noticed there wasn't an Atour hotel. Seeing that this hotel's decor had an Atour-like vibe, I decisively chose to stay here for a night to experience it. It was a pleasant surprise! The bottled water was Jing Tian, which reminded me of the early Atour days. The showerhead had excellent pressure, temperature, and water flow. The memory foam mattress made for a very comfortable night's sleep; the experience was great. The only unexpected thing was that when I went down for breakfast at 7 AM, the restaurant was already full 🈵😅 – group tour members sure are dedicated! And to top it off, I only wake up this early for breakfast once every few years! 😅… P.S. The shower drain seemed a bit slow. Front desk lady, please make a note of that."

Very satisfied with a stay, I feel that I must live here in the future, the scenery is good, the landlord uncle and aunt are very enthusiastic, the child is not very comfortable when I go, and I specially prepared porridge for the child! Parking at the door is also very convenient, catching the sea, watching the sunrise and sunset on the beach, it is very convenient to drive very close to the attractions on the North Line! The courtyard can also be laundry, and it is very convenient to dry clothes! The last thing you need to worry about is that the clothes are wet! A relaxing stay! Push! "I went with a few friends. The uncles and aunts at the hotel were super good. They took care of us as children. As soon as they arrived at the hotel, the aunt cut the watermelon for us. During the stay, the uncles and aunts were also very enthusiastic. Picture 1 and Picture 2 are the surrounding environment of the hotel. Not far from Beibei Beach, It takes a few minutes to walk. Picture 3 is the breakfast on the 20th. The uncle of the hotel said that a few of us were the last to go out, but I looked at it at the time and there were so many side dishes. The staple food was white porridge and mung bean porridge. In short, I still recommend their home. The only drawback is that the road is a bit narrow when you arrive at the homestay, and it may not be very friendly to self-driving novice drivers."
