The owner's service was excellent, the facilities were new and complete, the place was clean and tidy, the rooms were spacious, there were many restaurants nearby, parking was relatively convenient, and the price was very reasonable. Everything was smart-controlled. The only downside was the high humidity, so I needed to open the windows frequently for ventilation. I stayed for two days and had a very comfortable and happy time."

The only downside was that they stopped allowing swimming at 6 PM, which was a bit too early and cut our fun short. Luckily, the hotel staff were very helpful; they kept telling us how to go chase the 'blue tears' (bioluminescent plankton), which made it still worthwhile."

"Recommended by a friend, I checked out the hotel's facilities and the environment is great, very clean and tidy. The staff in all departments are incredibly attentive and thoughtful. I'm quite lazy, so I just slept in the room while my child played at the playground (with staff present, which was reassuring). The outdoor pool water was very clean, and there were even interactive activities. The hotel also offers a shuttle service, and they thoughtfully asked for my high-speed train schedule, with the car waiting at the hotel entrance well in advance. It was fantastic! I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I visit in August."

"The room was very spacious and clean, with disposable towels provided. It's quite close to several attractions and photo spots on the North Line. Renting an electric scooter from the hotel was also very reasonably priced. There are a few dining options nearby too. The concierge service was excellent, very friendly and welcoming, and they even delivered breakfast to our door every morning. The owner also shared the best times and locations to see the 'blue tears,' so we actually got to witness them this trip! Overall, it was a fantastic experience and highly recommended."

When we asked about sightseeing routes in Pingtan, the staff not only drew out a map and explained everything, but also advised us which spots were best for sunrise views and which to avoid on weekends to steer clear of crowds, saving us a lot of trouble. The room itself was also fantastic – clean, spacious, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, a big TV, and consistent hot water, making for a very comfortable stay. I was so pleased, I'll definitely be back here next time I visit Pingtan!"

Service: Excellent. - The front desk arranged the best sunrise-view room for me and even included a complimentary breakfast. - The auntie (staff member) was very kind, showed me several rooms, and brought some delicious fruit. Food: The buffet breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices, and the food was fresh and tasty."

"As a platinum member of Atour and a seasoned fan, when I was booking a room in Pingtan, I noticed there wasn't an Atour hotel. Seeing that this hotel's decor had an Atour-like vibe, I decisively chose to stay here for a night to experience it. It was a pleasant surprise! The bottled water was Jing Tian, which reminded me of the early Atour days. The showerhead had excellent pressure, temperature, and water flow. The memory foam mattress made for a very comfortable night's sleep; the experience was great. The only unexpected thing was that when I went down for breakfast at 7 AM, the restaurant was already full 🈵😅 – group tour members sure are dedicated! And to top it off, I only wake up this early for breakfast once every few years! 😅… P.S. The shower drain seemed a bit slow. Front desk lady, please make a note of that."

The hotel also has an underground parking garage, which was super convenient for getting in and out, and the rates were reasonable, a real plus for anyone driving. What impressed me most were the thoughtful amenities: beyond the standard toiletries, they provided disposable bath tub liners, toilet seat covers, and even earplugs – all those little things you often forget, showing real attention to detail. All in all, it was a comfortable and hassle-free stay with excellent value for money."
