The only thing is the mattress is a bit soft; if I stayed a few more days, my back would start to ache. **Hygiene:** The room hygiene was quite good. **Environment:** The surrounding area is pleasant, with many dining options across the street and convenient transportation. **Service:** The hotel staff were polite. The room I booked included a shuttle service to and from the high-speed rail station. Both drivers were very punctual and polite, and they even helped with luggage, which was a big plus!. Lifeng Hotel (Pingtan Longwangtou Beach, Fuzhou) ★★★★
"It was just average. For this price, you could choose a sea-view hotel, like the Accor or Xinghai International. Three things to note: First, there were strange marks on the toilet seat, and the hotel didn't provide disposable toilet seat covers. Second, and most frustratingly, breakfast was shared with the neighboring Xana Hotel, even though Xana was over 100 yuan cheaper – no advantage whatsoever. Third, the soundproofing on the sixth floor was terrible; I could hear the upstairs flushing and using water at night. I stayed at Lufeng Hotel one night and Xana Hotel the next, and Xana completely outclassed it. I've attached some pictures below; see for yourself."

"Traveling by car, the butler arrived at the intersection within 10 minutes to guide us to parking. The room was fully stocked with amenities, including less common items like face towels, memory foam pillows, and disposable bath towels. Even the toothbrushes were high-quality soft-bristled ones with protective covers. The mini-bar was packed with snacks. Breakfast was absolutely delicious! I'm dying to know the brand of that siu mai – it's the best I've ever had! The environment was stunning, perfect for photos! We took so many pictures! The only minor drawback I found was that the service wasn't proactive enough. For instance, we missed afternoon tea, and while I saw in other reviews that they'd compensate for it, the butler never offered, and we ended up forgetting about it. Also, we had to specifically ask for the fireworks included in our package. It felt like if you didn't ask, they wouldn't offer. Despite these small issues, it's still an excellent place, and I would recommend it to friends."

"I checked in around 17:00 in the afternoon. Two boys checked in at the front desk. They ignored some questions I asked, as if they didn't hear them. Let’s evaluate it objectively: First, the hotel looks new and seems to have just been renovated. The room I checked in is not very hygienic. The place for bathing and putting clothes is not unreasonably designed. There are no decent restaurants nearby. It is very troublesome to eat. It is very troublesome to ride an electric bike to the county. It's about 30 minutes away. Second, the room booked on Ctrip was a deluxe twin room, which clearly stated that it was about 40 square meters. After checking in, I felt that the area was not that big and it was very crowded... No language list Third, the following point is the most outrageous and unreliable. The pictures on Ctrip's website show two beds in one room, with a small coffee table and chairs, and the space is very empty. After checking in, I discovered that one bed was placed in a small room, and another bed was placed on the ground in another small compartment with a mattress. "Friends, this is a total rip-off. When I checked in, they took me to my room and tried to get me to place orders for their other two rooms through WeChat and Ctrip's mini-program, promising to refund me later. Isn't that just fraudulent order placement? Also, they only provided two bottles of water in the room. When I ran out at night, I called the front desk, and they said each room only had two standard bottles, and I'd have to buy more if I wanted more. There were many signs in the room saying "compensation at cost," and the so-called projector was projected onto the bathroom glass. With the screen down, it was impossible to enter the bathroom; it completely blocked the door. When I showered, I discovered the drain barely leaked. Every five minutes I showered, I had to wait half an hour for the drain to start, otherwise my feet would be completely submerged. The water on the bathroom floor was about 5 centimeters deep. See the photos! How disgusting! I even took pictures. Also, the toilet was ridiculously high. I'm 1.7 meters tall, and I had to stand on tiptoe to sit on it, which was extremely uncomfortable. After sitting for five minutes, my legs were numb… And the bathroom floor was incredibly slippery. Didn't the hotel consider preventing slipping? The service was also terrible. "The hotel entrance reeked of seafood, and the lobby was chaotic the moment I stepped in. The bathroom drain had a terrible stench, and the exhaust fan was purely decorative. There was no hand soap or sanitizer at the sink. On my first night, I found a huge cockroach and a dead bug. The hygiene is simply unacceptable. The elevator doesn't require a room key, which is a security concern. The only upside is its proximity to Longwangtou Beach. Is this really what you get for over 1000 a night? The experience was truly disappointing."
