+ It is a new and beautiful place to stay.
+ Very kind, friendly and polite staff.
+ Spacious bathroom.
+ When leaving early the taxi driver can pick you up in front of the hotel.
Cons
— The hotel is too expensive.
— Not a smoke free hotel. There was even smoke inside the lobby and the second night it was all over our room too (airconditioning?).
— The first night we tried the dinner, but it was not good. They have photos of the food, but it doesn’t match with what you get. We ordered salmon sushi and got FROZEN sushi instead which was obviously not eatable.
— When we asked for a tea on the terrace we were charged 48 Yuan per person which is way too expensive.
— The bedroom is a bit too small and has the same size as the bathroom.

This is a very beautiful and luxurious hotel in a fantastic location with wonderful service. Extremely attentive, kind and helpful. We loved our stay there and would highly recommend it.

非常滿意！新酒店，外表很古樸裏面硬件不錯。定的時候和TOP1糾結，後來看到新開的，評論裏也説是國企合開的，是比一般民宿大氣，小冰箱送了飲料不是可樂雪碧那些，酸梅湯好喝，洗漱都很好，連卷紙都是心相印，送的水依雲。
設施：樓頂有酒吧，還有很有意思魚池是一樓的頂上透明的玻璃池，枕頭，床墊都很好入睡。有茶台，送了檀香，浴缸除了送浴鹽還有玫瑰花瓣
衞生：很乾凈！新開的沒話説
環境：地理位置在古城景點縣衙旁邊，街上吵嚷，一進酒店就特別安靜，房間也很安靜
服務：從進門開始事無鉅細的非常熱情，還給我升級了房型。看我在拍照主動帶我參觀了樓上和頂樓。
餐飲:酒店的餐廳是個寶藏，晚飯時間入住的懶得出去了，經理推薦他們自家餐廳試試，抱着衹要不難吃的心態去的，兩個人點了四個菜三百多吧！我們都吃完了！這廚師把一般的食物做的真不一般！！還有精緻的擺盤，強烈推薦嚐嚐！

酒店位置優越，在古縣衙斜對面，處於古城最熱鬧的地方，想去哪逛都方便。尤其是清晨，可以趁着遊客少，安安靜靜的四處看看。值得一提的是酒店餐飲，原打算去網紅店洪武記吃飯，人太多，拿號後要等2個多小時。後改在酒店就餐，沒想到酒店餐飲菜品精緻，口味非常好，服務員都很熱情，在這裏要給餐廳服務員郭鐵花的服務點贊。有點遺憾的是訂了兩間房，4月1日訂的時候房價778元，4月15日房價就漲到了1600元。但瑕不掩瑜，還是給予五分。

酒店位置很好，在古城很核心的地方。吃飯逛古城都非常方便。房間是古宅改造的，很有特色。
設施：在當地來説已經算是最好的了
衞生：衞生也不錯，但是客房阿姨忘了放浴巾，這個要引起管理層注意。
環境：非常舒服，拍照也很出片
服務：客户服務微信回覆非常及時，有問必答。
雖然中間有一些小插曲但是還是很愉快的解決了。感謝客房經理送的小禮物很用心，另外早餐需要再加強一點，這個房價的早餐有點不達標了，酒店也可以用餐，刀削麪非常好吃。作為經常出行的還是希望管理越來越好，酒店也越來越好下次還會再選擇這裏

酒店在縣衙門對面，設施環境都不錯，自助早餐品種有點少，二樓咖啡廳晚上去已經關閉了，據説是平遙古城最好的酒店

在古城正中心，對面是古縣衙，服務很好，提前加了微信，知道我們自駕，提前發了停車場定位，各種問題都想的很周到，不停提醒，非常貼心，整個酒店服務都很好，很滿意，下次還想帶孩子來一趟，還會住這。
