The TV was broke when we arrived. There was black mold in the room. This room should have never been occupied.

the maintenance of this facility is very poor. the lift was down for my entire stay. the juice machine was out of service. no one cleaned the room.
the receptionist was rude when ask about the lift being operational.

The elevator was not working so i had to walk up two flight of stairs to get to my room with two big suit cases. Toilet in room wasnr working. And when it time to leave there was no assistance to help with my luggage seeing that the elevator was still down. Almost had an asthma attack stuggling up and down those stairs.

It was very clean. You could smell the cleaning supplies that were used. The staff was friendly. Breakfast could of been more but overall good stay.

Good place to sleep for a night. The biggest complaint was the breakfast. There were very few options and what they did have was not very good.
