I stopped here, when passing by, for the Dinner buffet , which is open to the general public, which I noticed when I waled past. It is E16.50 and I was impressed with the quality of food. It is not a huge variety like some places, but for the price there was more than adequate and a good choice for anyone. The staff were nice too. If you are passing by and looking for somewhere for dinner, try this place. The do the same for breakfast and lunch too, but I did not get the chance to try it.

We were so looking forward to staying at this hotel after walking by it many times before whilst on holiday in GC. The great thing about it is that it is so close to everything..the beach, taxis, plaza etc. Unfortunately, it is the only thing good about it! We have read many good reviews about the food here, please do not be fooled. The breakfast has many options, if you like your bacon undercooked and your beans cold and everyday was the same, not just a one off. However, there are many more options than just this so you will find something. After paying a lot of money for the all inclusive package we found a lot of other costs involved. Paying for a safe in your room, paying to weigh your case oh and if you fancy a drink after 10.30 pm you have to pay! There is a lovely coffee machine and kettle in the rooms, but you don’t get any coffee/tea or even water. You can pop out to reception to use their machine however, not that convenient when you wake up in the mornings. Would we stay here again… not a chance. Very expensive and the most basic all inclusive package we have ever seen.

The breakfast buffet was disappoin**ent. The food was cold and the plates dirty. The old lady working as a cashier/waitress was highly incapable of doing her job. She was plain rude and not helpful at all. Service is not up to a 4 -star -hotel standards.

We booked a last minute long weekend at this hotel. We were not sure what to expect and we were delighted with our stay so much so that we have booked to go back for a week in April with our grand kids. We had a 1 bedroom apar**ent on an all inclusive deal. The hotel did not have many Brits but that didnt bother us. Our apar**ent was lovely, the beds were super comfy and the walk in shower was amazing. Our apar**ent overlooked the pool but no one was using this pool so was really quiet. The all inclusive restraunt was clean and food was good with something for everyone. The pool on level 3 and sun deck on 5 were really nice and sun deck has great views of the beach. The hotel is great for the beach as it is just accross the road. I have some mobility problems so this was great. The beach bar was good to sit and relax and people watch. Our room was cleaned daily and was spotless. Staff were friendly. The only down side I can think of is the TV has no English channels but we did not spend much time in our apar**ent.

During our recent stay at this hotel, we encountered a few areas that could be improved. Although the initial booking showed rooms with a beachside view, we were disappointed to find that our room didn't offer the promised view. The check-in experience was not so great as there appeared to be a shortage of staff and the welcome lacked the warmth we expected. Finding our room in a different building was challenging and stressful and it would’ve been nice to have help. Moreover, the room itself didn't match our booking request, which led us to approach the reception. Unfortunately, we were informed that the hotel was fully booked and no changes could be made. One peculiar aspect was the not having the air conditioning in the bedroom, which seemed unusual and disappointing. The food menu remained unchanged throughout our stay and didn't offer sufficient options to cater to everyone's needs. We were particularly disappointed by the limited vegan choices and the absence of halal options. Overall, our stay at the hotel was OK, but I would advise you to thoroughly review all details before making a booking to avoid any issues.

First time going GC, hotel was disappointing as the pictures on the website booked it through shown us the beach seaside view, once we go there they moved us to the hotel at the back side as apparently the front side is for suites and one bedroom apar**ent is at the back which was never shown or mentioned in the description of the hotel website nor on the information, which we clearly paid for as-well all inclusive, hotel staff are not that friendly and not welcoming, no smile when we arrived felt like we were not welcomed to the place. We are asians felt like we got treated differently. The beds were also not right because we asked for room as we are a couple but they gave 2 singles and apparently they didn’t have anyone to amend it so they added another double bed on top to rectifying the next day. No AC in the bedroom which is crazy as its a 4star hotel. The food was strictly same everyday, we asked for Halal as we are muslims but chef was like (what is halal) which is absolutely insane because they clearly have never tried diversifying to cater different people from different backgrounds and religious beliefs, i even asked for halal food specifically 2 months beforehand just incase they need to get their orders early but nope. Its not the best hotel to stay, wouldn’t go again unless they changed few things. Felt really out of place. Spent alot of money just so we wouldn’t go through the experience of feeling like that but unfortunately holiday was disappointing because of this reason, Gc is a nice place but make sure you get yourself the right hotel suitable for yourself as like example sahara playa does not accommodate for everyones need.

Spent a week here. Great stay. Very friendly staff, especially Guaysent who checked us in and remembered our names every time we met him. Spotlessly clean. Booked all inclusive. Food excellent - Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner - Great choice - drinks at bar. Restaurant manager and staff very friendly and efficient. Three types of water, juices and hot drinks available in the lobby. Massage chairs. Table tennis, darts and other games by the pool. Live entertainment in outdoor area of restaurant in evenings. The bar for all inclusive is just outside the hotel on the corner. Three pools and beautiful large rooftop area with amazing views. Excellent location. Beach and boardwalk with shops and restaurant next to hotel. Five minute walk to the dunes. Ten minute walk to the Yumbo Centrum. Will stay here again. I had read some bad reviews here and was a little worried but I had an amazing experience at this hotel.

Stayed here for a week in March 2023 most staff very friendly and helpful, we demanded to be moved on arrival due to so called one bedroom apt that was similar to the London dungeons, we got moved to a double room much smaller then was asked to pay €80 more this room was cleaner but the noise was horrendous from the roadside roundabout so no sleep. Food was sandy samey every day about average the problem we had was after paying all inclusive there wasn’t a indoor hotel bar only the restaurant bar that closed at 21.30 there was a shack a few hundred yards down the road beside the roundabout that had no entertainment hardly any seats and no cover if it rained basically awful and that bar closed at 10.30 This hotel is at best a 3 star hotel and wouldn’t stay again there is much better around for far less money !

We was MiS sold this holiday, booked for 10 nights all inclusive and our main request was having a pool bar, don’t let the photos of the pool bar draw you in as this pool at the bar is not in use and not even owned by the hotel! Both pools for the hotel have no bar and there is only one bar open at the hotel which is a long walk to get to from the two pools, the hotel website states is has many bars but only one is in use? Both pools are very small. It’s not right to sell expensive holidays and not sell the truth. When we arrived the room wasn’t ready, they missed our daughter in the booking so we had to make her bed up. There was cockroaches in our room on the first night, then the 3rd night we had more arriving, the hotel gave super strength cockroach killer to spray around the room to keep them out, the spray was so strong we couldn’t breath. The food was absolutely amazing, we couldn’t fault the food at all, every night there was something different, they even had steak and cooked fresh for you, if it wasn’t for the food being as good as it was we would have left the hotel to go to another one but food was very good thank you. Staff were lovely and the manager Sam was very friendly and made us laugh. The entertainment was very poor
