Here's the text for you to copy: "A VERY UNPLEASANT experience! I tried to make a reservation at this location two weeks in advance, first by phone. I called the reception requesting a room with a double bed and a balcony... where I was told 'Oh no, we only have a few rooms like that... and I can't help you' all said in a condescending and disdainful tone! Thinking it was just a one-time thing and we all have bad days... I tried to do the same thing, online, on the website... where I was told that although there is availability, I cannot be guaranteed to receive such a room until check-in... I tried to understand the rationale behind the decisions of this hotel by sending the following email: 'If I make a firm reservation, can you provide a proforma and I pay, so you can reserve the specific room?! I don't understand! I haven't encountered this situation before... check availability and reserve the room, it's very simple!... I see that I still insist on being your guest :))) and... I don't know what to believe! Please tell me if you can help me with my request or if I should go to another location, thank you!' No one bothered to respond to this email! We're talking about a 4-star hotel in Poiana Brasov...." PS: What should I believe? If I give you a good tip, maybe you will give me the requested room?

This hotel was our last stop of our traveling conference with 30 doctors. Very nice area, helpfull reception good sport facility in the hotel, pool and spa. Also a very large conference room which they could transform to a cosy one. They are very nice and helpful! Would definately reccommand it both buisiness wise as for families!

Food very expensive compared to quality and size. The cook is mediocre at least. The staff is rude and impolite. Did not enjoyed my stay and I'm leaving with a bitter taste from this experience. Never again

Perfect for family with kids in the summer.Nice stuff,good food,wonderfull view if you stay at 4*.The water from the pool great for kids,it's not cold. Breakfast very reach and various. We stay here for the secound tine and definetly will we came again

Приехал праздновать сюда свое 50 летние. Заселились в ужасный номер. Маленький, старая мебель, маленькое окно которое выходит на стену здания. Номер не соответствует 4 звезды. И даже 3 звезды много. За три ночи заплатили около 600 евро. Качество не соответствует этих денег.

Nous devions déjeuner au Coliba Haiducelor mais fermé à notre grande surprise. Nous avons finalement déjeuné en famille au restaurant de l'hôtel Escalade : tout simplement excellent ! Tous les conseils donnés par Laurentiu, le serveur très prévenant qui nous a pris en charge, étaient d'excellentes suggestions. Idem pour les boissons avec une carte très variée.
