The place is actually pretty nice and a good price. The staff are not great and some of the rules were not customer centric but over all nice stay!

The pictures of this place are inaccurate. The place is extremely dirty. There was bugs all over the floor. Check in was a complete nigh**are. Rooms were not ready, even though we were offered early check in for 30 dollars. Room was not ready for even 4 oclock. If you have mobility issues, i would not stay here. No elevators and even the shower has steps to it.

Good area. In a 2 bedroom unit - there was good space. Nice full kitchen, and washer/dryer. Concerns: there were bugs (?small roaches) in the unit; I saw/killed 10-20 during the stay. Chairs in the dining room were old, and artificial leather on the chair was peeling all over the floor. Wish more coffee was provided for a 5 day stay (more than 1 packet). 10AM check-out is kind of early compared to other hotels.

I like that I felt safe in the area. But the walls were to thin you can hear the neighbors. The room we asked for on the site wasn't the room we received. The carpet on the steps was broken, so we had to walk down the steps with caution. Aslo the room we received was a little dusty but over all the stay was ok. We only used it to sleep since we wore at the theme parks all day. The kitchen was clean and so were the bathrooms so that was a win.

Worse property i ever stayed in. Dirty very outdated rooms and broken beds look like a sluty hotel blinds dont shut in which anyone can see you undress. I would not recommend this to anyone.

The facility is very clean, great front desk service. Oscar was a great communicator and very kind and polite. You need more front-desk people to facilitate your 4 oclock check in time, as the line was out the door. Other things to do besides the close themes parks . We enjoyed going to downtown celebration and walking the many trails around lakes and lots of wild life

My stay was nice enough, it was very basic and the rooms were not the cleanest when I arrived. My room had a door going through to someone elses room & it sounded like they were in more room when they were speaking so that wasn’t great. The pools were pretty nice. All in all it was a fine stay.
