We requested 2 double bed rooms for 4 of us on the phone conversation with manger of hotel and he agreed to provide us. Upon our arrival we were provided 2 twin bed rooms saying that hotel is totally full and they don’t have any other options. Lady at reception promise us to change both the rooms for the next day but only one of the room was changed to double bed room. We spoke with the hotel manager regarding this and he offered us breakfast for 4 of us which was below par of this standard of the hotel. Overall hotel looks goods including rooms but need huge improvement on breakfast, cleaning of the rooms and bit on customer service as well.
