It was a bit unfriendly to stay in the hotel. There was a sudden power outage in the middle of the night. The more I slept, the colder it got. I was with my baby and there was no hot water to wash my face in the morning. Since there were no other room types, I could only book an accessible room, which was right next to the elevator. The sound insulation was really bad.

Business trip needs and convenient location The hotel is clean and tidy The only bad thing is that the sound insulation effect is average. The sound of people walking around in the room upstairs is very obvious.

The most inconvenient thing is that there is no shower room in the bathroom. It is an old-style bathtub with tarpaulin curtains. The twin room has enough space and good sanitary conditions. The parking fee is 10 dollars per night

This hotel is in a good location and is relatively convenient. There are two gas stations and a 7-11 at the door. Uber eats can also deliver the goods within 25-40. The decoration is a bit old and the elevator is a bit scary. Parking costs 7 dollars a night. We stayed here. Breakfast was not included for both nights. Later, I wanted to try the Italian restaurant downstairs, but I didn't make a reservation and couldn't eat it. The recommendation index is 3 stars.

They didn’t have my reservation on file, but I had my Travelocity confirmation number so they honored my rate. They said it was an issue with Travelocity but I think it was the hotel. Friendly but defensive about it while they got us a room. Stain on the blanket on our bed.

Great location for my needs. Hotel was clean and rooms were well kept. Unfortunately, they really need to update their beds...Not a good sleeping experience.

I am very disappointed in this hotel. They lost my sweater that I left hanging in the closet and they charged me for a water bottle I never used 2 days after check out. Be careful at this hotel they just use the credit card freely for charges that you do not use.

The hotel was nice with very minor annoyances. The room spacious and clean. I didn’t like that there wasn’t any extra bedding for the sofa bed and had to call to have them brought up. With our late arrival our son just wanted to sleep. The dresser drawer kept sliding open on it’s own which was a bit annoying. I have a young child and didn’t feel safe letting her roam alone. Food was Great and the staff was amazing.

The room smell nice. Tipping option is new with e-tipping. Text response was easy accessible

Checking in experience was atrocious: lock of the room would not open, front desk asked me to wait in front of the room for the maintenance guy, who never showed up. After 30 min waiting and returning to the front desk, they eventually gave me another room AC in the room was like a freight train. Had to choose between being way to hot to sleep, or being woken up very 20 min when the AC would kick in.

Always stay here when I’m in town, I’m picky with beds and they have comfortable mattresses.

They didn't have a room ready at 6:30pm, but made up for it. Granted it was a busy Rose Bowl/New Year's weekend, so the manager did all she could. Great location to go out and about around Pomona, Azusa area. Onsite restaurant was impressive w brunch and holiday menu options, but we opted for other options bc of pricing. Overall, good stay.

Nothing to see here. It was clean, comfortable as you would expect from Hilton.
