Cayman Villas Port Douglas

Great location, great pool and apar**ent modern and well maintained. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Cayman Villas is close to shops and the marina making it the perfect location for your stay in Port Douglas. The apar**ent was spacious, comfortable and perfect for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed including a coffee machine to keep my husband happy. We had a room on ground level facing the pool and we loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the view. I would definitely recommend a stay at Cayman Villas.

This place is a fabulous find! Great location quiet but very close to town. The complex is immaculate and clearly has a dedicated management couple. The units are spacious, spotlessly clean and maintained to a very high standard. The pool and bbq area are large so even when busy there is still plenty of room. Despite us visiting not long after the cyclone hit there was still plenty to do. We have visited the reef twice both amazing trips. Lots of restaurants and cafes open in town. Visit Chillys and watch the cane toad racing lots of laughs. Really helpful management couple who gave us lots of advice and recommendations.

I would stay again in a heartbeat. Our room was spacious and clean. The aircon worked great, and we had aircon and fans in the living area and both bedrooms. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature. Lee (at reception) was super friendly and great at recommending and organising tours. We're introverts, so she gave us our space, but when we asked for her advie she was so helpful. She knew the weather and which days would be the best conditions for snorkelling. We followed all her advice and were happy we did. Location was so convenient. Maybe a 3 min walk to the best part of the beach, and a 5 min walk to the main street with cafes, shopping, restaurants etc. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks again Lee!

We have just stayed at Cayman Villas for a week and it was bliss. The heated pool is fabulous for adults & kids (we have a 2 & 4 y.o. and the shallow area was excellent for kids playing & adults sitting). We were in a 3 bedroom apar**ent, it was very spacious, lots of sunshine & great balcony. Location of property is superb - in the heart of Port Douglas with 5 min walk to beach, few mins up to main st, and 5-10 mins to marina. Everyone staying in the property was delightful & management were really nice. FYI to potential future guests basic supplies aren't part of the accom so you'll need to buy dishwashing tablets, laundry powder, olive oil etc. Would be great if this was provided.

I would have given this place a 5 star review except for a bit of pettiness on the management side. My issue is that even with a mid week service the establishment is too miserable to replace your two dishwasher tablets and other essential items. To expect guests to pay $50 for those tablets for a one week stay is silly in my view. Otherwise the place is ok but a bit tired .

Fantastic Property! Conveniently located with a 2 minute walk to the Main Street, 5 minute walk to Coles and a 5 min walk to the best beach in town. Also, only a short stumble home from the best cocktail lounge in town (Jimmy Rums) 😆 Friendly, safe and clean neat little coastal town. Pool area is great for the kids and couples. Property has some water toys and a large BBQ area so you can cook and eat without having to leave the poolside. Big Spa at the pool for couples to enjoy once the kids are in bed! Stayed in Villa #27 three bedrooms, great for the family to have space. Looks to have been recently renovated, clean and neat with fantastic dining table, comfortable couch, small sofa bed and a few tvs. Management was friendly and easy to deal with. Will certainly return again in future when we visit Port Douglas. Would highly recommend.

Apar**ent lovely, clean & spacious. Staff helpful. Walking distance into town. The heated pool was excellent.

This property is just fabulous and the location is perfect. We stayed with two adult children in a 3 bedroom apar**ent for 7 nights. The apar**ent was HUGE and very well equipped. All bedrooms and living area are airconditioned and we were super comfy throughout our stay. Open plan kitchen and living area were all well equipped and large, plus there was another table and couch out on the balcony, overlooking the pool. The owners are delightful, the pool warm and very clean (I swam laps every morning - a real treat) and there are only 27 apar**ents and well insulated glass doors, so it's also a pretty quiet oasis even if your apar**ent overlooks to pool. 8pm curfew on the pool was pretty well observed. The location is superb. Two streets and less than 5 mins from Macrossen St (which has about 50 restaurants and a coles supermarket), 3 minutes from Five Mile Beach and less than 10 mins walk from the Marina, there isn't much you can't walk to from Cayman Villas. The property is self catering, so only serviced once or twice a week but that didn't bother us at all. Had read lots of great reviews about Caymen Villas and it lived up to every one of them. Other good things - undercover parking, pool towels provided, full laundry, umbrellas (!), in room pod coffee machine, plasticware for drinking around the pool and lots of tourist brochures in the office.
