It's a nice hotel because the team is amazing and very well trained . Problem is transportation if you have no car or driver , Ubers don't come easy and the shopping mall don't have Taxis .
So, be aware about the transportation.

Rooms are brand-new, good accomodations, nice lounge, good coffee. it is a very easy hotel to get to, since it is near one of the main highways (BR 381), right next to a shopping center. Drinking water in the rooms are a courtesy. Free parking. It has WiFi access from the rooms, but it is a bit unstable, but fair. During my stay, the hotel was having problems with the water heating system. It was kind of hard to take a shower in the morning, but bearable. The staff appologized to me and informed that they are doing their best to fix the issue.

Hotel near to the shopping, new installations. I was 24 days in the hotel for business and was good. Food has different options, In general people was kind but I like to congratulate Daniel, Juliane and Caro. They have an exceptional costumer service. The only bad thing is that is very noisy in the nights in the rooms next to

Well located hotel, at the entrance of the city. Good breakfast, with options of paes, fruits, juices, pastries and yogurt. Cleanliness ok but we had to request additional towel as there was only one.

Set within a shopping mall, assimilate this facility with easy parking, restaurants and nearby shops. The cost benefit is good. And a fast food that caters well to dinner. The hotel is new, with good accommodation

Zii hotel is a contemporary property. The rooms are modern, simple, clean and well maintained. Breakfast and wifi included. There is a gym onsite and shopping is within walking distance. Staff are super friendly and multi lingual. Tea and coffee are almost always available.

It was all great: the bed, the bathroom, the breakfast, the treatment received for the employees... Everything was pleasent and I have no complains at all. The room is very clean and wide. Very comfortable.

Sono stato in questo tra Luglio e Agosto 2018, periodo invernale in Brasile. La temperatura in questo periodo durante la notte a Pouso Alegre scendono, quindi se volete una camera calda deve essere rivolta verso il sole, qui il riscaldamento non c’è. Le camere sono confortevoli pulite e moderne. Il personale e’ cordiale simpatico e disponibile. Purtroppo l’hotel è isolato, la città si trova a qualche chilometro, per raggiungerla bisogna prendere un taxi. A fianco dell’hotel c’è un centro commerciale, peccato che 3/4 de negozi sono chiusi. Quindi hotel ok posizione un po’ meno.
