The hotel is in a good location, 10 minutes walk from the old town, and there are many subways and buses around. The hotel hygiene is really not good. I arrived late on the first night and wanted to boil some hot water. As a result, there was only half a pot of water in the kettle, and there were still mold spots floating in it. I was so disgusted that I vomited. The next day, I took the kettle to the front desk and told them, but there was no apology or compensation! ! ! The light in the bathroom was turned on in the middle of the second night and could not be turned off. I don’t know why, so I slept with the light on for the next two nights. Also, I dare not boil water to drink, but the two bottles of water in the room are not refilled.

Really nice hotel and amenities, they leave you haribo when the room is cleaned and you get a drink on arrival. The only let down was the mattress is VERY firm and you have 2 pillows but 2 is too much and 1 pillow is too flat also couldn't get the tv to work but the hotel was very clean and quiet.

Lovely stay in this hotel. Nice and clean and great location. Staff are really helpful especially Raul at reception who told us how to get around and gave us maps. Gowns and slippers in the room with great shampoo, conditioner, moisturiser and body wash available in the room. Room is quite small but perfect for what you need. The hotel is walking distance to most of the places we wanted to visit. We caught no. 22 tram which took us up to the castle and we walked back from there to the hotel. You can catch the tram from around the corner from the hotel.

Small hotel located exactly next to Kafkas head. Central location near to metro station, city center etc.. Staff was really helpful and polite. Therefore our room was not clean properly. Coffee machine and cups were dusty and really dirty. Bathroom was dirty also. Even though i was asking every day to clean the room still it was not ok. Behind our door it was a big spider net. 4 days they were cleaning and it was there...sheets are not clean either. I'm 100% sure that the quilt cover has not changed from the previous customers. Towels are so old. Needs improvement. It's a shame because it's a beautiful place..
