The location is superb! Just few minutes walk from the heart of Prague. Very quiet and clean hotel. The pillow and bed are very comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Near to tram station and 10 minutes walk to the Prague Central Station, Hlavni Nadrazi. Really enjoyed the Breakfast!! Only the wifi, very poor connection. Technical team please look at it. Overall I’m a happy guest. I will definitely come back.

This time, I had booked a concert at Smetana Hall, so I was looking for a hotel within walking distance. There was a bathtub, and the room was clean and free of any trash. However, the amenities were minimal, just shampoo and body soap provided. However, the water pressure and temperature of the shower were comfortable. It's good because it produces quite a lot of hot water. They also helped us print tickets for the concert. thank you very much!

The hotel is very close to the old town, and is very convenient for sightseeing and shopping. There is a Billa supermarket within a 3-minute walk. The room is clean and comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, and the front desk staff is also great.

I like the location, breakfast buffet, service, cleanliness. However, the coffee wasn't replenished in our room and it lacks toiletries supplies like lotion and separate shampoo. The only window in our room was facing a blank wall and did not receive an upgrade. As an ******* Gold member, I was expecting more from a VIP property.

The hotel staff person was not very approachable during check in. He did not understand much we were asking or when we requested for house keeping items. He did not explain much about my benefits or perks. Room 206 toilet was too close to vanity counter. Shower head moved and not stable. Shower glass frame moved, water spills out when showering and not safe when getting out of tub, slippery. No toiletries. Room stuffy, no air even when you open the air.
Good thing is located in good walking distance to Prague landmarks.
Breakfast has OK varieties and clean. Staff at breakfast was nice.
Love the front elevator golden decor.
