The GM confirmed by WhatsApp a rate inclusive of all taxes. When I checked out they charged me rack rate & refused to accept what was committed by the GM. Room AC did not work, bed sheets were not fresh and were used ones. DO NOT STAY HERE. These are cheaters and they don’t care about customer service. UNFIT TO BE IN THE HOSPITALITY BUSINESS.
