The hotel has its own restaurant, so you have no choice but to eat at the hotel late at night. The taste is not bad. It is more than 40 dollars from the airport. I remember that there is a taxi called city cab from the airport, which is too expensive. Because he can't go anywhere else after accepting the order, he can only go back, so there is a fare that needs to be paid and shared with the driver. As a result, I paid more than 60 dollars, and more than 70 dollars including consumption, which is super expensive. The hotel breakfast is self-service. When you check in, you will be given a colored coupon, and then you come to order. It seems that each different color coupon has different types of options. Mine is purple, I suggest you look at my choice. At the same time, because I booked with Ctrip, the itinerary changed, and I couldn't cancel one night. I wasted 1,000 yuan, which is very unsatisfactory.

It's pretty good. The premise is that you have to have a car. Parking is free. The surrounding environment is good. The hotel is quiet and clean. Breakfast is also freshly made. The hotel is very large, worthy of being owned by a large company.

The overall evaluation is very average. ①When checking in, there were three people registered, but the front desk only gave 2 breakfasts. After all efforts, they reluctantly gave 3 breakfasts; ②After entering the room, the heating could not be turned on (the temperature in Chicago was -2 degrees to 3 degrees at that time). The maintenance technician was called, but he could not fix it, so we had to change rooms; ③The breakfast was not a buffet. I gave the breakfast coupon to the staff. There were 3 varieties on a plate, one fixed and 2 optional. The taste was very average. After eating, we had to tip. We were a group of 3 and had to tip 5 dollars each time! It’s better to eat out. It is not recommended for Chinese visitors to stay in this hotel.

I have been at differ IHG hotels but this one lets me down every time , bathrooms are in poor condition, so are some of the rooms , lights don’t work it’s just terrible

The bathroom ceiling was decaying, tv kept cutting off, dryer wasn’t working

I chose this hotel partly due to the 4 star rating it had on Orbitz. It did not live up to that rating. Our room was not very clean - cobwebs, etc. The refrigerator froze everything we put in there and could not be adjusted. If I needed anything, I had to go down to the front desk to get it. It was disappointing all around and just meh. Not worthy of 4 stars.

Remodeled hotel. Nice and quite but somehow i feel so itchy so I rated 4 stars BUT for the price and everything was 5 star worth.
