Staff were very welcoming. Hotel is obviously having work carried out as no bar or restaurant facilities. I would only stay here because f you have transportation as nowhere nearby to eat

La camera era pulita e comoda, consiglierei la rimozione dei tappeti. Abbiamo dormito bene, comodo il letto ed i cuscini. Il personale è stato sempre molto cortese e professionale. Buona la colazione al buffet. Segnalo che Iliad non prende bene.

Cordialità, gentilezza. Personale molto accogliente. La colazione abbondante con prodotti freschi e con un'ampia scelta. Camera ampia e luminosa (consiglio esclusivamente la rimozione dei tappeti in camera).

Bellina come struttura, colazione super, accoglienza un po’ sotto tono e arredamento camera troppo vintage. Consiglierei un ammodernamento. La posizione sembra ottima per girare tutte le Marche. Qualità prezzo da rivedere un po’ cara secondo me. Colazione con booking non compresa però ne vale davvero la pena

Accoglienza del personale piuttosto fredda. Apro la porta della camera e con molto imbarazzo la stanza è già occupata da due persone. Torno alla reception e la ragazza senza neanche preoccuparsi più di tanto, mi dà un’altra chiave, apro la porta e la camera presenta un forte odore di fumo. Ritorno ancora alla reception e mi danno una camera spaziosa in stile antico, molto rumorosa, le finestre non avevano buone persiane quindi entrava luce alle prime ore dell’alba. I tendoni lunghi coprivano quella poca aria che usciva dal fan coil collocato sotto la finestra della camera e quindi, tra caldo, luce e rumori è stato impossibile dormire bene. Il bagno è rimasto quello di quaranta anni fa, la doccetta perdeva e schizzava ovunque. Sia nella hall che nei corridoi di tutti i piani non funzionava l’aria condizionata. Buona la colazione, prezzo sopra la media per i servizi offerti.

Hotel che vive un po’ dei vecchi fasti…ex 4 stelle, come si può notare dall’insegna dove la quarta stella è stata coperta dal nastro adesivo 🤦🏻♂️. Stanza polverosa e bagno da rifare assolutamente. Sarebbe il momento di rimetterci mano pesantemente. Al momento anche le 3 stelle sono al limite.

Struttura non nuova ma ancora funzionale. La camera era grande e con tutti i confort. Segnalo solo il condizionatore rumoroso tanto da doverlo spegnere di notte. La colazione è stata molto buona con la presenza di ottima frutta di stagione. La posizione dell'hotel è abbastanza comoda per raggiungere le grotte di Frasassi (in circa 20'). Tutto sommato da consigliare.
