Pulito, un po’ scomodo che vuole andare a sciare , in senso che devi andare con la tua machina o prendere la navetta, cibo buono ma scarso, sproposito, vorrei dire che il dirigente deve fare attenzione con le garafe del acqua o si da a tutti o a nessuno, non è bello, colazione per dire neanche delle uova sode non ci sono, si Po migliorare ovviamente, per bambini non c’è nulla da fare , e tranquillo anche troppo .

La nostra esperienza è stata sostanzialmente negativa: tavolo prenotato, ma non posizione migliore, anzi al sole. Attesa troppo lunga prima di ordinare( 25 minuti circa), attesa eccessiva per la consegna delle portate al tavolo (1 ora), la cameriera molto distratta, è stato necessaria chiamarla continuamente per ordinare e per correggere errori nei suoi appunti della comanda Poca professionalità in sala con tentativo di recupero da parte di altri camerieri. La cameriera iniziale non ha avuto cura per noi clienti. Il cibo servito non era all'altezza delle aspettative di un ristorante a 3 stelle.

Un pomeriggio freddissimo di gennaio ci siamo fermati in questa pasticceria. Abbiamo trovato un ambiente molto bello accogliente e caldo . Abbiamo preso una bella tisana con strudel e una cioccolata calda. Servizio professionale e cortese .

È il terzo anno che soggiorno per un fine settimana “bianco” e per la terza volta sono stato accolto con gentilezza, ho gustato i piatti dell’ottima cucina (tradizionale, soprattutto) e ho usufruito di una struttura in vecchio stile che funziona sempre benissimo. Un ulteriore, piacevolissimo appunto è da dedicare alla pasticceria e a chi serve ognuna delle sue prelibatezze, sempre con gradita professionalità.

Avevamo una prenotazione per qualche giorno, ma appena entrati in camera ci siamo chiesti “ma dove siamo finiti?” A parte l’arredamento che non corrisponde alle foto messe qui o si booking, la nostra camera era datata, senza testiera del letto, letto scomodissimo (talmente usurato che si scivolava di lato) e bagno piccolissimo con muffa evidente nella doccia! Ma il più è stato l’odore. Un odore terribile, di ospedale. Le lenzuola puzzavano di ospedale. Odore talmente forte che nonostante abbiamo tenuto aperto tutto il pomeriggio al nostro rientro si sentiva ancora. Non ci rivedranno mai più!
