酒店應該開業沒多久 環境還是比較新 但是！！！但是！！！！衞生更重要 入住進去地上還有煙頭 玉米鬚，小卡片我能理解 煙頭不止一個 理解不了！！！！ 地上真的很臟...本應該提供的水也沒有 紙巾沒有 我覺得還是換一家吧

酒店服務太差了，單單停車的問題都問了三遍，不好好告知，也不説要拿停車票，問了保安大叔才知道還有停車票這個事，而且房間還有一股味道，不是很推薦

普洱的住宿環境超乎我意料的好，這個房間的落地窗很大，採光好極了，樓下就是各種美食，就是有時候廣場會有大喇叭有點吵，基本設施也很完備，可能因為是新酒店，也很乾凈，住的很舒服～

來這家酒店住了很多次，每次都很滿意，客服態度好，早點也好吃，房間乾淨衞生，洗澡隨時有熱水，不錯不錯，下次有機會還來住。
