環境不錯，小吃飯店很多，味道也不錯，酒店衞生整潔，前台服務員訓練有素，但覺得缺了點笑容，設施有點舊了，雖然衞生很乾凈，但枕套也太破了，服務員看到應該及時更換，電視機也有一條很長的裂縫，衞生間地磚也有裂縫和舊的污垢，早餐不錯

跟服務員溝通另送兩瓶泉礦水，服務員態度太出乎想像。説免費二瓶的喝完自費要不要，説不要話沒説完直接電話掛了。不談其他酒店，怎麼説這個酒店費用也都比維也納，麗楓酒店相等，環境別人也是比他家好。怎麼態度就相差這麼多。一瓶水能值多少錢？收費是能理解。但同等價位那個酒店不是四瓶水後再收費。關鍵這個服務態度着實接受不了。

前台態度很差，辦理入住和退房都是冷着一張臉，説話語氣也不耐煩，房間就是比較老舊的酒店了，性價比較差

當地最好的酒店了吧，前台就一個人，忙的像狗一樣，大廳很大，很雜人都是樓上KTV的，有吐的有親的，我們帶着小朋友，太辣眼睛，上樓後睡下，樓下舞廳振的你腦瓜疼，心臟受不了，建議能不住就不住，沒辦法，早餐除了湯可以，其他拉倒吧
