Hotel is what’s expected from a Marriott but whatever you do don’t bother trying to get room service! Called the front desk about 8 times from the room phone with no answer then also called from my cell phone and no one even bothers to pick up. Went down and was told to go to the restaurant to order. Ordered nachos with chicken. When it came it was chips with cheese sauce and beans that was soggy and they didn’t even put the chicken on it.

I had to switch rooms twice because it was either not what I booked/paid for, or because it smelled like cigarettes. The 3rd and final room I stayed in was actually perfect. So I think the cig room was an exception to the norm. Something else that kinda ****** about the place though, was that the windows don’t open, not even a crack. So there’s no fresh air, just recycled air through the entire hotel. The location was perfect, close to the airport. And it was quiet, and nice and dark, my son and I slept really well.

Great Hotel. Free airport shuttle Beautiful Hotel with great staff. We arrived very early and could lock up our bag's. We were able to check in a half hour early. They do not have fridges in the room but will give you ice at the bar if you have a bag or container. The have a free shuttle to the airport. The driver was very friendly and a safe driver. We will be back.

I had an excellent time. The staff was absolutely amazing and helpful. I had a really good stay. I went in with an open mind based on other reviews but I had zero issues. Great location as well. Easy to navigate and get around. 10 out of 10 -Andrea

Marriott is no longer a top hotel chain. The wifi is spotty. Staff refuses any leeway for Breakfast. Stops anyone from eating at 9am on the dial, even though there's food right in front of you. Card stops working at noon. Marriott and other chains will be forced to compete with more accommodating and hands-off approaches to short term rentals, including privately owned condos. I'm sure you're already taking a hit there.
