The property was beautiful and in east walking distance of town.

We enjoyed our brief stay at the hotel and took advantage of the outdoor grounds and the comfortable lobby to read newspapers provided by the hotel. The breakfast was top notch as was the roomy bathroom and strong shower. Only drawback we’re the pillows. They were filled with a hard material nothing like feathers.

Experiencia perfecta. Hotel con estilo muy agradable, habitaciones muy acogedoras. Personal muy amable y profesional. Restaurante con inovación y calidad. Ubicación excelente con vistas al lago y a las montañas, y en el centro de la cuidad

Positivo: Encantador hotel ubicado al lado del lago lo que le da un plus. Habitación un poco pequeña en el anexo del hotel, pero suficiente y limpia. Desayuno variado y muy bueno, calidad en los productos. Spa pequeño pero acojedor. Lo negativo: Normalmente los 4S o 5 estrellas incluyen el parking, pagar el extra de 20€ no me parece justo. Plus de 35€ la mascota, por encima lo normal, demasiado caro. La sauna de vapor del Spa no funcionava ni habia un cartel informativo, el chorro de agua no tenia presion y habia overbooking ya que nadie controla la gente que se ha pasado del tiempo de 1 hora que disponen. Un 4estrellas superior que hay que mimar un poco mas. En resumen, aconsejable y bien.

Segunda vez que nos alojamos en este hotel. Preciosa construccion y emplazamiento con vistas excepcionales. La primera vez estuvimos en el edificio principal y la habitacion mucho mas bonita que en el anexo. El desayuno muy completo aunque al estar solo una persona se iban acabando los zumos la leche el pan...y no reponian, tuvimos que levantarnos dos veces a pedir algo. Para ser un hotel de esta categoria podrian mejorar la conexion wifi, poner cafetera en la habitacion, mas luz en el baño y por supuesto cambiar el papel de wc...por favor. Todo lo demas para mi correcto.

El Hotel es una maravilla, su personal muy atento y la limpieza muy bien. Lo que no me gustó tanto fue el precio de la estancia y el servicio de comida en el restaurante al medio día (tuvieron un error y tardaron casi 1 hora en servirnos aunque tuvieron la amabilidad de no cobrarnos el vino)
