Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean and bed comfortable. Daily housekeeping. Breakfast buffet was good, plenty of choice. Restaurant -food good.

A good hotel overall, but a bit far from everything. A bit old as well. Service at the restaurants involve many misunderstandings. Lady at the kids club was awesome.

Great place. Great service and location. The beach is fantastic in the morning for swimming and in the afternoon for tranquility. The villas are totally worth it, specially the ones with pool. The food at the restaurant needs to improve for a premium experience though, but overall it’s okay, the breakfast is delicious and has plentiful of options.

Very nice, was sad we only stayed one night. Had booked the wrong date and they changed it without a problem.

Stayed for 3 nights and everything was wonderful! The hotel beach was quite and nice, close to Kuta if you want crowds, rooms are amazing, the staffs hospitality is unbeatable. Special kudos to Suci, Erna, and Udi

20min from airport ,took grab taxi (200k rp) We simply stayed in resort - eat, beach, stroll, simple hike up neighboring hill. Sea is full of seagrass ,not ideal to swim. Not advisable to eat outside warungs,many flies around and on good.

My experiences with family here are great overall! They offer airport transfers with reasonable prices and less hassle of finding a driver. However U have to book prior via email and to confirm again upon arrival as they might have missed out like they did with mine. They have big room spaces and my kids love the swimming pool so much! Not to mention they have a private beach as well where children can swim or even play sandcastles. Another plus point is that there is a small hill nearby where U can go for a walk with a small fee at the entrance to see the sunset or sunrise. Lastly, they have babysitting services 🫰Here is a picture of their private beach.

Pros: friendly staff, quiet resort. Cons: old and run down. Kids club was a joke. Duplo pieces were dirty and dusty. Basically it was set up by the pool as they are redoing their old space so the only toys they had were dirty and broken. Nothing was really organized. Son was excited for water gun games and the water guns were all broken. Scavenger hunt entailed handing beige Easter eggs within the small surrounding by the pool. Very disappointed. Food was overpriced and bad. Drinks also overpriced. We learned this when we hired a car to a nice resort and beach 20 minutes away and discovered the food was delicious, price was 1/3 of this one and the sand and beach there was much better. It’s an old run down hotel. We say it’s quiet but really there wasn’t many people there. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Wonderful place to stay with children. Private beach, free breakfast for kids (＜9th), nice pool, big room & good services from staffs. Really recommended!

I stayed at a hotel in Kuta, Lombok for 3 nights and 4 days. Each villa had a pool. The beach was also nearby. It was a little far from the airport, but we enjoyed it.
