hotel room is nice, but there is no toothbrush, shampoo and bodywash provided, only soap. Room cleaning service was so so only, towels were not tidy up in the wash room. Top level restaurant's view is nice.

The Mama Shelter La Défense is a very nice hotel, very clean, with smiling and friendly staff.
The room lived up to its description and the bar restaurant on the top floor with open space offers a superb a**osphere for an excellent evening.
We highly recommend and thank you to the staff.

The hotel is nice, clean, the rooms are the same.
The restaurant very well what we had was very good.
Only downside the music was too loud.

The mini bar was empty! Not even one bottle of water! The safe was locked and the technician absent to unlock it! I arrived at 21:30 after a long journey and I called the reception for some water so they told me I have to go to the bar or reception to take a bottle …the reception was run out of water!
