I would definitely come again . From when we first arrived we had the villa rooms and I could tell this would have been a brilliant time, the hotel was great our excursions were great honestly I’d go again. For February the weather was beautiful and i got a tan for sure!! We booked all excursions ourselves to save hassle as we went for a week and with family so it would’ve gotten too complicated, The airport was The worst part gosh it’s the only thing that had put me off, After the flight I had no energy whatsoever dealing with the haggling over a passport visa there so be prepared. Staff were lovely and good was very good, here we had to buy our SIM cards at the airport whilst leaving (we spent like £40 each of us and there was 16 of us. But the airport was quite close to Royal Lagoons. Their WiFi worked in the lobby only. Their entertainment was good and I can imagine it only gets better in the summer The staff have a thing for white women and it was honestly hilarious to watch I do recommend coming here, a beautiful country with beautiful people, just many scammers everywhere.

Only just returned from royal lagunes I want to leave this review while it's still a real memory not a dream. Firstly the only thing that Spain or Portugal has over it is that the flight is brutal. We only went for 7 days! But should have booked 2 weeks. Anyway that's the bad bit but royal lagoons is anything but bad. The staff are the friendliest I think I've come across they're honest helpful and do a fabulous job we went out a few times and got the taxi in the reception for a few pounds we where taken to a wonderful place the marinapicked up and the driver even bought us an ice cream on the way home my friend lost his contactless card on the beach it was in an envelope behind reception an hour later I was really impressed and my friend was very happy and relieved. Like I said I was only there 1 week but made a lot of friends the shops on site are very good the owner Mr kamal and his brother are nice guys and we got a good deal from Peter the bag man. I'm just working out when I can return for longer. If your looking for somewhere you can put your feet up unwind with % guaranteed sunshine this is for you. Activities for all ages the kids love it as do adults.

This was my first time going to Egypt stayed at Royal lagoon. The front desk receptionist saied was wonderful and helpful made sure we were happy with our rooms and stay. Most of the staff were friendly but few were very rude and ignorant.our room was always cleaned the house keeping Mahmoud was lovely always nice, whatever we needed he provided for us.food I would say was very average for a resort same thing over and over got bored after few days. They should change the menu options also the display was not upto the standard of a Five Star Hotel. It was a wonderful place even the excursion was lovely.thank you saied for being so helpful and kind throughout our stay . Hoping to go back again soon hopefully by then the food is better and more choices.

Me and my little one had a great time. Hotel room was spacious and clean, food really tasty always lots of choices, fresh salad station, barbecue every day . My daughter loved mini disco and entertainment. I can definitely recommend. Such a good value

Had amazing deal on this hotel! Really enjoyed the stay! Everyone so nice and polite here. Helpful staff. Dont remember everyone s names but big shout out to Josef in the restaurant he took care of us every single day greeting us with smile and coffee :) big thanks to Fadi for being so great with kids always time to talk and play with them, in the evening entertaining eveyone in shisha bar. Big thank you to everyone from reception, bar at the reception and entertainment team. Weather was amazing as for February. Plenty to see around. Really happy with the stay.

It's not 5 star but the staff in the hotel were all very friendly and polite and the reception area and room were very clean. If you are looking for decent alcohol I would recommend bring some from duty free. The food in the main buffet restaurant was not to our taste and very repetitive, they push a trolley around collecting the empty plates etc which could do with a good clean. There are 3 other restaurants that you can use once each a fish restaurant, international and Italian which were all really nice. I have to give a mention to Ahmed in the Italian restaurant who was particularly attentive and friendly. None of the hotel staff asked for tips but were very grateful when we gave them. Mohammed arranged some nice trips for us and checked in with us daily to make sure we were ok.

As soon as we arrive they gave us a room with 3 single beds when we booked a double room with pool view. Then we had to go back and get it changed which was a lot of hassle since they do not direct you to your room or help with luggage and the resort is huge. The wifi also only works in the lobby area. In our new room, the safety deposit box needed to be fixed twice because it was not locking. When you call reception they say they will send someone but they will not till we call again. Wasted alot of our day Our AC started leaking water. Again had to call them twice for this issue to be resolved. Food is not good, very dry. If you are a couple and take a table seating 3 people some staff ask you to move to a two seated table even if the restaurant is empty. Other waiters are sometimes nice and helpful. One of the employees who handles excursions was harassing us while we were in the pool although we said no because of the high price and online (getyourguide) is half the price for the same excursion and service. Our bedroom floor was dirty (very sandy) and pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. Pros Taxi service is very good, the guy was very helpful he told us about local places and was always sharing useful information. Beautiful huge resort Waterslides are great fun Lots of pools and spaces to relax and sunbath Snack bar 4pm-5pm serves good food

Amazing hotel, staff really welcoming and friendly, Masal, Tedo and Marley from entertainment team amazing with guests and really friendly, Masal always takes time to come and speak with guests and offering friendly help all the time. Really hard working and always happy, Ashraf at the bar is an amazing member of staff too, really really friendly and always serves with a smile, amazing time here will be back next year 😊
