五星的招牌，三星的設施，陳舊且不顯檔次，三星的衞生，毛巾明顯有點臟，最基本的肥皂盒都沒有，水龍頭也沒擦乾淨，床頭一層土。400多塊錢可能也要不了自行車，差不多就行了

1、房間隔音差，隔壁打呼嚕聽的很清楚；2、自助餐差，和酒店宣傳圖片完全不符，本想假期吃着自助三家人跨年，很是失望；3、客房服務差，我是連住三天，基本沒見過打掃，就是到倒垃圾，詳見圖片，杯子不刷，馬桶每天總要刷一下吧，小旅館都能做到的事，阿爾卡迪亞做不到，我是服了，真不知道這是一傢什麼定位的酒店。4、温泉就更拉胯，大池子沒開，小池子就3、4個夠40度的，更衣室一股臭味。本想三家人找個人舒服的地方放鬆一下，給2023畫個圓滿的句號，結果是這種體驗😡😡😡

本來定了2天，體驗實在太差果斷退掉第二天的了，幾個重大槽點：
1⃣️空氣環境差：下午3點30抵達房間都還沒有收拾好，然後我們衹能出來溜達，酒店周圍一股不明原因的惡臭味，始終瀰漫，甚至推開我所住的房間窗户都還有味道，放眼望去雜草叢生。
2⃣️衞生條件差：餐廳裏面很多蒼蠅，早飯在咖喱鹵子裏面赫然躺着一衹蒼蠅，可見很多食物都被盯過～
3⃣️温泉性價比差：然後一個温泉酒店的50平的套間他們不包含僅收費79元幾乎什麼設施都沒有的温泉門票！好嘛如果説您性價比很高我也認，詳細看圖片，進去之後更衣區從頭到尾都完全沒有看到工作人員，淋浴區一股子濃濃的騷臭味、真是嚇得連滾帶爬的跑了。
4⃣️温泉的接電話工作人員態度惡劣：我原本定的4號包含了温泉門票，我電話協商是否能提前換到3號晚上（不知道是酒店的還是温泉的工作人員態度十分惡劣毫無商量餘地，問原因就直接説必須4號換不了）最後攜程出面解決
這種體驗不可能再去第二次的，更別説毫無任何其他活動和親子體驗這些軟件設施就不説了，硬件設施環境衞生和工作人員培訓先整好了吧！這種管理漏洞真的和它的星級完全不匹配，其他給的分是給攜程的！！

房間差的要死，2張床帶小孩根本住不下，房間又小又臟，水槽裏都是黑色不明物體，洗澡間排水還堵。而且我的房間隔壁還有燃氣鍋爐，聲音大得不得了根本睡不着，早上自助餐根本對不起國際酒店 4個字。這酒店不會再住了，大唐服務人員服務態度也差，板著臉，住的請謹慎。

我平常不太喜歡寫評論，但是這次體驗感真的不好！進酒店大堂連個服務人員都沒有，帶着兩個孩子自己拉着大行李箱，酒店走廊又是地毯的，特別累，服務不到位。四人間準備了三雙拖鞋，好吧，準備讓一位客人光着腳嗎？但是房間的地面看上去就知道不太乾淨。最重要的來了，床上應該是上位客人遺留的煙灰吧，布草肯定不是一客一換，時間有點晚了，開了一天車，真是懶得讓他們換了，穿着衣服睡了一晚。真的不推薦呀，真的不推薦呀，帶着孩子來住的謹慎了！
