住長頸鹿莊園除了貴，沒別的毛病，房間隔音，沒有味道，乾淨整潔。我們是三月底去的，天氣温度變化多端，如圖9，外面氣温多變屋內非常舒適。 綠葉子餐廳，環境和餐品都是好的，味道也不錯。晚飯時間我們趕上一場黑人小哥的表演互動活動，小朋友很喜歡。 我們住房在三樓，攜程圖片上傳後不能調整再編輯，如圖看吧。 我們早上長頸鹿不出外場，室內喂的照片如圖2-3-4，還有別的小動物。 園方可以在應對極端天氣方面再完善一下，好多動物都回室內了，也可以在室內增加互動項目，給住莊園的旅客增加一些選擇，讓住莊園體驗感更棒。

我們是5月5日晚上訂的5680的非洲草原觀景房，屋裡有個樹洞上下鋪，孩子一進去上樹洞的上床，看我從陽台進來，想跟我玩躲貓貓，一低頭磕到腦袋了，當時就磕了一個包，而且有一點血淋子，我一看是洋灰地刷的漆，我聯繫酒店管家説這是親子酒店管家為什麼不給包點軟包，孩子把腦袋磕了一個包，酒店管家説讓服務人員聯繫我，一直也沒人聯繫我，到我們出去吃飯的時候前台接待人員問我孩子怎麼樣了？也沒有給我們拿點碘伏或者葯膏什麼的，虧了我們自己帶了紅黴素軟膏，給孩子擦上了，酒店的自助餐太一般了，樣品少，而且油炸的東西都是剩下的在炸的特別硬！還不如阿爾卡迪亞85一位的自助晚餐好吃了！酒店的環境不錯，衞生也乾淨，當時住這個房間就是為了讓孩子體驗一下睜眼就可以看到長頸鹿，但是真心覺得這個價格不值！我們三個大人一個兩歲多小孩，當時房間費5680又加了500一個大人的門票和自助餐錢，但是並沒有給我們加床，説加個床還要加300。住那晚上就吃飯的時候有幾個黑人跳舞和孩子互動一下，然後看看一衹剩下來35天的小白獅子，總的來説，酒店環境不錯，價格偏高！

服務：前台服務超級一般 也不主動幫忙搬行李 流程也不明確 那幾個前台總聚在一起扯閑磕還不如全季亞朵熱情 弄了個管家服務 也很水 提前很久加微信，什麼都要聯繫管家，但管家回答很機械 回覆時長也慢 環境：酒店環境是在動物園裡麪 動物園動物很多 感覺單獨來玩 住外面體驗也差不堵 我不用花冤枉錢 餐食：晚餐和早餐是真的難吃 連普通五星都不如 ，果汁不是鮮榨的 點心不是自己做的 就那種外面的肉鬆餅撕開包裝擺着的 餐廳服務還OK 總體不值當 感覺也就值2000塊 結果還要花五千多
