治癒，一進院子就覺得被治癒了，一幫朋友也這樣覺得，是我們嚮往的地方❤❤

房東是個懂設計有情懷的大暖男，各種細節照顧的很到位，廚房的各種調料一應俱全，衞生收拾的也是細緻入微，暖得很，晚上喝酒到很晚，就不夠了，房東來送酒，還喝了一杯🌹🌹
【房屋設施我一定要提】
不大不小的院子，晴空萬里的天台，舒適的卧室，足夠用的廚房，乾淨的衞生間，温馨是主旋律呦🌺🌺

這兒距離大河東水庫很近，期間我們一塊去看了看，還是很壯光的，大壩很高，嶗山水也很好喝😁😁

很美的一個小院子，適合三五好友聚會發呆閑聊，老闆熱情周到，我們提了很多要求問了很多問題，他都非常及時的給予解決解答。院子環境優美，還能免費做飯，提供的還是嶗山山泉水，這對於我們這種巖茶客來説簡直就是福音，少了不少買水錢。老闆還是個非常愛乾淨的人，所以希望以後每個入住小院的朋友們也都能共同努力，維護好小院的整潔乾淨…

四個家庭帶娃聚會，沒怎麼顧得上拍照。小院真的很好，環境好，設施好。跟着導航走很容易找到。廚房，和四個房間都有空調，每個房間也都很乾凈。廚房工具調料齊全，做個飯烤個串不要太愜意，小朋友們在院子裏也玩的很開心。性價比超高的。

這個小院佈置的很有品味，超大陽光大廳讓人第一眼看到就眼前一亮，廚房用品齊全，適合十幾個人的聚餐聚會。有3個卧室，也適合兩三家留宿閑遊。房間整潔衞生，交通便利，有地鐵4號線大河東站，緊挨大河東嶗山遊客中心，去巨峯，太清宮，上清宮，八水河，明霞洞都很方便。小院身處山間，環境優美，空氣清新，在附近爬爬小山，看看水庫瀑布都很不錯。

小院離大河東地鐵站大概兩公里吧，無論開車還是公共交通都挺方便。
總體來説設計感很強，細節到位。能夠放鬆心情過一過田園生活，也不失現代都市的各種便利。
可以自己買菜做飯，廚房設備齊全，也可以讓附近農家樂送餐。冬天燉個雞牛羊的，夏天燒烤都合適。
和朋友度過了意猶未盡的週末。

院子就在水庫腳下，應該是以茶花得名。我們去的這兩天正好趕上茶花綻放，好幸運。院子一進門是一個開放式的陽光房大廳很暖和，我們一起做飯、喝茶，還有卡拉OK，這裏的水質真的好。我們也是好奇還點了壁爐和後院的鐵鍋，太歡樂了，後院空間也挺大，空氣清新還有泥土的味道。推薦給大家，是一個放鬆休閑聚會的好地方。
