Our one night stay at the MGM hotel was a wonderful experience. From check-in to check-out, they did everything they could to make our family's stay comfortable. We registered for WECHAT and had no problem communicating even though we were non-speaking tourists. I was especially impressed with the staff member who attended to us, Ms. SUZY, who checked on our children and provided gifts for them. In addition, she fulfilled our personal requests perfectly. I highly recommend this hotel and Ms. SUZY.

MGM as expected. I visited with my girlfriend because it was an anniversary. After check in, the manager brought the fruit and cake to my room and brought the fruit back in the evening.
The staff service is good, and they are always smiling. We had a really good time.. See you next time.

Loved it. Very nice views from the room and also at the sky lounge.
You can enjoy beautiful sunrise at the 51st floor sky lobby.

Really nice and modern Hotel. Room was perfect and very clean! Location is good, close to a Mall with many opportunities to shop and eat. But we didn’t like the beach.
Breakfast was not good. Typical chinese with not many western choices.
Staff was very friendly and helpful and some could speak good English.

This place is everything you’d expect it to be. Staff were very attentive, friendly, helpful and they spoke English too. The hotels location is very close to a metro station and Lion Mall. The rooms were very clean and everything in the room looked brand new. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.
