樓下就是金沙灘，帶孩子去很方便，前台小姐姐人真好，讓我們路上開車慢點，注意安全，房間是阿姨自己打掃的，很乾凈，床單被罩比酒店洗的還白，人也特別好，到那邊就告訴我們有什麼好玩的好吃的，還特意給我們弄了兩大桶礦泉水，讓我們燒水做飯用，還幫忙提行李🧳 一次愉快的旅途

本來定的是三居室 結果就我和姐們兒兩個人 去了 換了一個兩室一廳 沒電梯 但是坐在客廳沙發上就能看到海 離海邊就一條馬路 去之前姐們兒腿磕了 第二天跟房東一説 直接就給換了個帶電梯的房子 還一直賠禮道歉 不知道這姐們兒腿磕了 （其實是我們沒問帶不帶電梯 也沒説腿磕了這事）平常出去 都是房東給送到地鐵 晚上再去接我們回來 告訴我們哪個景點好 怎麼去 真心不錯 而且是本地人 自家的房子 👍👍👍

第一次預訂海景房，搜了一下，價格比在青島市便宜些，抱着試一試的心態預訂好了，結果到那兒一看，哇，真的是海景房！透過窗户直接可以看到整個金沙灘的海景，一覽無餘。中間僅隔一條路，對面就是海。我們帶倆孩子去的，訂的二室一廳，側卧是上下鋪的高低床，孩子很喜歡，屬於民宿免按金。一到那兒房東負責迎接，帶我們看了看，裏面生活用品，鍋灶都齊全，賓至如歸的感覺，小區門口也可以吃飯，海鮮和家常菜都有。報過車牌號就可以在停車場🅿️停24小時（收費10元）。總之，很滿意，十分好評🌹🌹🌹👍

首先來説，房子位置極佳，下樓步行，過馬路就是海邊，在屋裡也能看到海，再説價格超級合理，住這麼多次賓館，真的是經濟實惠，民宿是真好，還能做飯，我們自己做的海鮮，最主要的就是老闆的父母真的很熱情，我們到來之前就已經把空調都給打開了，給安排的停車位也很近，而且24小時才10塊錢，幫助我們很多，晚上還特意給我們送來了青島特產啤酒，用我自己人格擔保，在這住，絕對沒得説，超級推薦，
