房屋寬敞，兩個卧室，一個客廳，都是夏季薄被，每屋有空調，獨立廚房（調料要自備），位置在小區裏好找。
需要提醒：提前入住的話，一小時30，兩小時50。不算當日，再續住兩天以上可以免50。房間裏面各種東西使用需要注意説明，不合要求扣錢。離青島北站有一段距離，我們平常是網約車8塊錢到北站，再坐地鐵3號線，到各景點約40～60分鐘左右。附近吃的有限，我們平常是到李村吃，李村夜市挺好，商場繁華，商場裏面吃的火爆，李村距離青島北站4站。推薦雙合園餃子的各種菜好吃不貴。

房東做的入住攻略很全面，很詳細，房間風格不錯，也都很乾凈，廚房間鍋碗瓢盆齊全可以燒飯，無接觸入住，很方便

個人推薦不建議住，房東態度很囂張，按金必須交三百，個人感覺價格過高，房間裡邊的很多東西都不讓動，我們就是房間沒有充電的插口，拔了個插排充電房東説扣200塊，畢竟交給她了我們也沒能要過來，我們都是學生出來畢業旅行，很小心翼翼的使用沒有損壞任何東西。而且剛進去房間廚房的味道太大了，反胃的味道。我們下午五六點入住的第二天剛到12點就讓退房，直接讓保潔過來開始攆人走，房東打電話過來説態度很差，語氣很囂張。而且拍的圖片顯示房間很乾凈，但是進去了之後換下來的床單被罩都還在房間曬着佔了很大的空間，房間設施都很臟了，杯子什麼的東西上邊全是灰塵，以後再也不會找這種民宿住了

晚上11點下的單，早上還沒起床呢就看到房東讓加她微信，剛加微信就讓交300元按金，還沒見到房子見到人呢。沒有任何的接待服務。一旦下單就不能取消了。打電話還説為什麼不給她私人打款，我是第一次又怎麼會有她的私人位置呢，還必須下午兩點以後才能入住十二點退房。如果你沒有開車中間兩個小時你的行李怎麼辦呀！其他的民宿都不是這樣的，如果有下次我一定不會再住這裏了。體驗特別不好。
