環境就那樣，畢竟老建築，裝修也差強人意。衞生間排氣扇壞的。靠路一邊噪聲太大，樓道內聲音可以聽的很清楚。如果不是為了早上搭車方便不會在這邊住

剛進門一股潮濕的味道，廊燈開了跟沒開一樣，被套是三天一換，隔音不咋好，就是窗簾很遮光，拉上窗簾燈一關，就跟晚上一樣
🚗 交通：這點沒的説，超級方便，出地鐵口直走就是了

服務非常周到細緻，硬件有些小瑕疵——沒有浴簾。此處出行很便利，停車也方便。對面有大型的百貨大樓（青島凱德MALL），隔壁就是KFC。

設施齊全，乾淨衞生，服務無論前台.保潔都超級好
屬於繁華地帶，對面就是商場，樓下就是肯德基，免費停車
對了，樓下就是地鐵，公交，出行超級方便

因為是晚上十一點多辦理入住，朋友喝酒了。前台服務員非常不耐煩，感覺跟求她似的。這麼差的態度幹什麼前台，我又不是去受氣的。環境老舊 除了地理位置好，沒有其他任何優點。

幫家裡長者預訂的，真的很好，前台服務也好，房間也好，感謝工作人員的悉心照料，退房後出門時一位穿黑藍色西裝的女士還扶着家裡長者出來，銘牌沒看清走的太着急，應該是經理吧很感謝。出門在外就認準如家

設施真是陳舊，還比較小。就是位置很好，出地鐵站拐過去就是。離對面大商場很近。真是位置很好。服務也很好。有一説一，就是設施太陳舊。

房間比較老舊，商務大床房的床彈簧都壞掉了，凹凸不平，很硌人。房間內能聽到隔壁房間的空調嗡嗡嗡，像拖拉機一樣聲音很大。除了服務態度可以，其他的體驗感都很差。
