我們七個人，整體佈局挺好的，都是獨立衞生間，很方便，還有可以打打麻將，喝喝茶，白天都是開會，晚上回來還是很好，水流大，熱水充足！主要房東小哥哥也挺好的，為人很熱情！

老闆人特別好！特別熱情 這個算個小別墅吧 環境很好！！有種復古感！！位置也很好找 周圍也有很多方便的商店什麼的 裝修很不錯！東西都很齊全拖鞋啊一次性牙具都備着 房間很多！！而且裝修很温馨很好

我們9個大學舍友10週年紀念在這裏慶祝的，一整個週末都在，擁有了太多美好記憶。這裏靠近白沙灣大橋，位於星河灣北面的別墅區，停車位非常多還不收費，周圍可以叫外賣的店特別多，完全不擔心吃喝。民宿為疊拼的下疊，總共有3層，2樓是兩間各自有衞生間的卧室，暖氣很足，晚上需要床頭放個濕毛巾增加濕度會更舒服，建議蓋夏涼被。主卧的床很大，夠兩大一小一起睡。中間一樓主要是電視區和餐廳，建議買一次性桌布，9個人坐一起無壓力，廚房有蒸鍋可以蒸海鮮，建議**買菜提前買好食材或者直接外賣，**買菜在小區西北角門處，離疊拼大概200多米。建議自帶遊戲機，由於大部分人是外地的，我們週日沒地方去，房東超級體貼！讓我們不用着急12點退房，於是大家圍在一起玩switch玩到吃晚飯才走，在這裏再次感謝房東。1樓靠近玻璃門有一個房間，可睡2人，暖氣充足，1樓的廁所也是最好用的，東西齊全，其他樓層缺少被子或者洗漱用品，這點需要提前去檢查反饋，我們夜裡很晚發現的，就晚上睡得不太好，熱的熱冷的冷，牙刷不夠，幸好第二天去儲藏室找到備用被和牙刷牙膏。負一大長桌適合喝茶玩遊戲，我們在這裏吃蛋糕拍照片，負一暖氣吹不進卧室，需要蓋加厚被子。

房子很大很舒服，尤其開車來的話停車非常方便，地下還有個很棒的娛樂室，非常好 以後有機會還住這裏，不錯不錯

來住了了整整一週時間，三層小別墅適7到八人居住，房東人非常好給我們安排的行程，房子裏生活用品充足，廚具，調料應有盡有，全屋空調，交通出行也比較方便總之就是很滿意，下回來還會住着的
