房間寬敞明亮，衞生還可以，設施設備一般般，洗澡都沒有熱水，停車還算方便，出門就是古城，吃飯的地方稍微遠一點。

非常滿意酒店的安靜環境，在外最怕住到靠路的酒店，沒想到這個酒店不靠路邊，非常安靜。退房時直接説可以走了，也沒讓等着查房，被信任的感覺很棒

跟以前評價説的一樣。很冷，沒有暖氣，沒有熱水，自來水是冰冷刺骨的，很多灰塵。早知道開一宿空調了，5點被凍醒了。雖然去之前做好了心理準備，還是受不了。
倒是沒有聲音（隔音問題）可能大家都很安靜，外面水聲像下雨可以助眠，採光很好。

地點好距即墨古城不到三百米，有院子。可以安全停車。距離商貿中心一公里。距離公交站點二百米，車次多，方便

衞生很差，東西很破。吹風機上有頭髮，被罩居然有很多小窟窿，一次性牙刷打開一個毛歪一個，牙齦還給我刷出血了。第一次房間淋浴沒水，換了一間房，結果淋浴開關漏水呲我一身，水也不熱，太陽能的，放了快半個小時也不熱，沒房間換了衹能住着。衞生和設施巨差巨差巨差！！床硬，還好是標準間，我把一床被子當墊子鋪了。三四十的我都住過，至少人家熱水正常供應。。。房間空間比較大，空調正常使用，外面街上有很多小店比較方便。其他啥也不是。

真不是一般差，根本不值！無線網都沒有！洗澡間還有蟲子！讓我一鞋給拍死了！而且淋雨頭幾乎不出水，洗個澡本來15分鐘就可以，結果用了靠一個小時才沖洗乾淨！幾年之前在即墨出差，也來住過，感覺還不錯！現在真是大不如從前！不會再去第二次了！絕不騙人！照片沒拍！

優點是緊挨着即墨古城北門，周圍吃飯方便。當天説網絡因維修不通，衞生間看見一個超級大蟑螂，態度一般。
