第一次住公寓式的酒店印象還不錯，前台小姐姐熱情周到，房間環境簡潔乾淨，周圍打車很方便，樓下附近有多家吃的，有小超市有水果賣，和同事兩人入住，家庭房剛好一人一個房間很nice，第二天又續訂了一晚，經濟實用.

入住體驗很棒環境很好跟圖片一模一樣服務態度也很好地理位置特別好台東商圈旁邊就是8.5的動物園和啤酒博物館最主要離海邊也很近距離商場也很近真的是非常棒酒店裡東西挺齊全的有公用的洗衣機和冰箱床躺着非常舒服裝修風格也很喜歡網速也很快這次住這個酒店是個不錯的體驗！！可以推薦

來青島差旅很多次，這次選擇了這家新裝修的公寓，不管是裝修風格還是前台小姐姐的熱情招待，都很滿意 。一進房間空間很大，還散發著淡淡清香的味道，床墊特別舒服還有小沙發晚上回到酒店輕鬆舒服，帶走了一天的疲憊，最主要的是房間衞生特別乾淨！！交通也非常便利 樓下就是公交站牌 距離地鐵也很近，去哪兒都特別方便 在房間就能看到啤酒博物館 到棧橋五四廣場海水浴場 台東美食街都很近。樓下走幾步有個農貿市場可以買點水果，海鮮加工物有所值 。酒店公共區域還有洗衣房，冰箱，微波爐可以使用，非常方便。就這樣連續住了好幾天，以後青島出差旅遊就來他們家了 。

房間離路比較近，比較吵。裝修也還好，房間佈局很好，適合帶孩子長者住。但是枕頭很高，不舒服，床墊很硬，被子又太厚，希望改進一下！

外部環境太差了，走廊燈暗，感覺廊頂都沒有裝修好，也不用刷電梯卡，感覺不安全，網絡信號也不好
