特別喜歡這個房間，乾淨整潔，在房間看到的外景也很漂亮，性價比很高，安排了一個東向的房間，很安靜，感覺疲憊的身體睡了一覺特別解乏，特別適合度假，有時間一定來住上十天半個月的

公寓在中南金石南樓，到了大堂就能辦理入住，記得之前住過別家，到了連個前台都沒有，等個密碼等了半個小時，雖然都是公寓，這一家明顯正規很多，大堂也很大氣，老闆娘特別好，看我們4個人給免費升級了一個上次層都有床的房間，住的特別舒服，房間也挺乾淨的，兩個洗手間，附近吃飯購物都很方便，決定下次就來他們家了，舒坦

這次來青島，住的玩的都非常好，特別住的這家公寓非常滿意，乾乾淨淨的，房間很寬敞，帶着孩子真好有一張大床一張小床，下次還會來的，前台小姑娘態度非常的好，告訴我們去哪裡玩，去哪裡吃飯經濟實惠，總之非常愉快，來個五星好評。

早上六點多就傳來裝修的聲音，真的很無語，不知道是隔壁還是樓上，聲音很大，六點多開始持續了大概一個小時，十分影響休息，退房的時候和前台反應，前台居然説不可能吧！真的很無奈，根本沒休息好。淋浴間的水會流出來，洗手枱下水有問提，洗了一條毛巾直接堵了！空調不好用，一夜起來調了好多次，地理位置一般，應該會有很多更好的選擇，除了剛入住的前台小姑娘態度很好以外，其他真的太一般了，很難想象有六點多開始裝修的酒店，牛！

很失望的住宿體驗，房間沒特別臟，根本看不到大海，窗户臟的全是印跡，地板上還有油漬，拖鞋特別臟，洗澡的地方沒有放沐浴露的枱子，很不方便。前台就一個人，態度很冷漠，總之特別特別糟糕的住宿體驗，不推薦，強烈不推薦！

公寓面積大，離海近，拉開窗簾就能看到海；停車方便，有地面停車場和地下停車場，地下停車場標識不是很清晰，容易轉暈了。交通很方便，離地鐵和公交站都比較近。周邊還有商場，吃喝、買特產都很近，樓下就是船歌魚餃子，對面金鼎廣場裏面有波螺油子。離核酸點也很近。
