房子很乾凈，住起來很舒服，位置也很好，去哪都方便，周邊都是景點，早晨去看日出，15分鐘車程吧，離鴿子窩公園也很近，總之方便極了

房間挺乾淨，敞亮，住了三個晚上，性價比高，房間密碼鎖，很安全，離周邊景點都挺近，地理位置還不錯。需要吐槽的點就是離海邊距離有點尷尬，開車衹要5分鐘值不當的，步行卻需要20分鐘左右，對於想玩水後，不想換衣服，想直接往回走的人不太友好，別的沒啥吐槽了

非常值得推薦，房間沒有任何異味，裝修簡潔時尚，是我喜歡的酒店風格。小區環境不錯，出門左轉就是超市。可以做飯，配有簡單的餐廚具和調料，自駕車的話可以多帶點。不足之處，配個能煮粥的湯鍋就完美了。離海邊比較，根據房東指引步行10分鐘左右。

這個房東小姐姐服務特別棒 是會做生意的人 這樣的服務態度真的會有很多回頭客的 下次來秦皇島肯定還會來這家 雖然房間遇到一點小插曲 但也幫我們積極解決 這幾天特別熱 從外面玩回去的時候已經幫我們開好了空調 很貼心的小姐姐

樓下有超市，東西很全。房間很乾凈。距離海邊，走小路，步行十幾分鍾就可以到。周邊賣東西的很多，很方便。房東人很好。帶孩子，長者出遊，住的很省心。可以自己做飯。

地理位置優越，房子很大哦，超級乾淨，所有用品都很齊全，跟酒店一樣，停車很方便，小區也跟安全，玩到了半夜回來，隔音很好，窗外視野也不錯，老闆超美很負責，半夜還回復消息呢，總之一切都很滿意

房子很乾凈，很舒服，房東很熱情，晚上海邊回來發現燃氣沒費沒熱水了，聯繫房東，房東聯繫拋棄，公司工作人員冒雨加班及時上門，讓我們洗上了熱水澡，很棒的民宿，很有愛的房東！

房間整潔乾淨，停車方便，樓下有超市，周邊有市場，離着不遠就有很多飯館，距離海邊和秦皇小巷、海底世界都比較近，房東也很親切，總之都挺好！
