The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. They assisted me when checking in and even showed me to the room. The room was far with some turns that got me confused. I think it would be nice if they had more directions guiding one to the elevator. The hotel was in a very good area. I got lost trying to locate it at first because it’s tucked between an apartment building and the Macdonald but was ok after. The breakfast is a bit limited though. They even have little snacks in the room mini fridge for free but I was a little disappointed that I got no coffee in the room. I’d definitely recommend.

Atour is always my top pick when I travel. The front desk staff were very professional, and after a long day of exploring, it was incredibly comforting to return to a perfectly clean room! The natural lighting was excellent, and the room was spotless, tidy, and completely odor-free. This stay genuinely left me very satisfied 👍🏻 – even the corners were meticulously cleaned. Housekeeping replenished the bottled water and various amenities daily. The soundproofing was also quite good. Plus, the laundry room is a true lifesaver for business travelers! 🥹

The hotel location was not fantastic compared with those located just a stone away from tourist spot. However the breakfast and supper provided were amazing! We had full ranged of seafood from prawn to crab as seen from others review. The freshness are top range. Rooms are clean and comfy. Front desk crew service were at acceptable level, and it needs to bark up as compared with other Atour branches. Overall, it's still a recommendable stay.

The decor was simple yet stylish, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. I couldn't get up from the moment I laid down, and I slept soundly! The bathroom was spotless, with plenty of hot water, and the toiletries were high-quality—no need to bring your own! The breakfast was the biggest surprise! There were so many options, it was hard to choose, with both Chinese and Western options. The ingredients were fresh and the flavors were amazing, especially the freshly made wontons, which were both heartwarming and satisfying. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to attractions and shopping districts. When I returned home at night, the area was quiet and safe, and I felt incredibly safe. The service was impeccable. I accidentally left my charger in the lobby, and the staff quickly picked it up and even delivered it to my room. What a thoughtful touch! In short, the price-performance ratio is super high, the experience is perfect, I have already added this hotel to my favorites, and I will definitely stay here again next time I come! I highly recommend it to everyone~

The soundproofing is excellent, and you can't hear any noise from the corridor or next door. The sleep quality is superb! The hardware facilities are modern and intelligent, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom is high-end. When checking in, we were served fragrant hot tea. The service was meticulous and the overall experience was perfect. The service of the front desk guy was also super good. We solved any problems in a timely manner. The facilities were relatively new, the room was very clean and tidy, the breakfast was delicious, and there were many varieties. I recommend this hotel when you come to Quanzhou

Located in Shishi District, the neighbourhood is not as vibrant as the Old Town. However, it's an excellent place to have a good rest after a bustling day in the crowded city centre. Love the hotel's exquisite decorations, and very thoughtful sensor night lights at bottom of the bed frames. Best of all, complimentary supper is provided. There is a small library which has a good collection of books. Beds are very comfortable and linens are spotlessly clean. I would strongly receommend this hotel to other travellers.

The surrounding transportation is convenient, the environment is quiet, the bedding is comfortable, and I had a good rest in Quanzhou for a few days~ Special thanks to the customer service, front desk and cleaning staff for their thoughtful and considerate service. They specially arranged the room for us and gave us an extra birthday cake. It was exquisite and romantic, and the experience was perfect💯
