酒店設施非常陳舊，衞生間異味大，一直散到房間裏，排氣扇儘管響，但似乎沒有作用。另外酒店是主打會員制的，所謂的牌價是蒙攜程客户的，在前台沒卡也能拿到銀牌價，比攜程價高，性價比極低，早餐也很差，比200元以下酒店的還差！我這次出遊住了10個賓館，全部通過行程訂的，衹有這家感覺極糟糕。給各位朋友一個建議，不能盲目依賴攜程，訂酒店一定要仔細看一下評論，尤其是差評。

走進大廳感覺還行，電梯上樓後一股黴味，房間設施比較舊，房間內太熱了，還不能調，開了窗睡了，但在馬路邊，想想汽車聲能睡得着嗎？要不是春節房源緊張，肯定不會訂

來泉州玩訂酒店時想着維也納連鎖酒店有保障，結果大失所望。第一間房間窗户關不緊，外面很吵。換了一間，結果旁邊竟然是布草間，洗衣機烘乾機都在裏面，晚上11點50了兩台機器還在運作，衣服拉鍊聲嘩噠嘩噠響，根本睡不着，就這樣折騰到半夜。從此不會再考慮維也納。

出行選擇維也納一般會保險一點，但是這次體驗真的不太好。首先是隔音不好，安排的房間在大路邊，晚上車子轟隆隆的很吵，隔壁看電視的聲音、走廊過路人的談話都能夠聽見。其次是服務有待提升，睡到半夜服務員又是按門鈴又是敲門，問是不是要棉簽，結果是看錯了房號，被強行吵醒後遲遲睡不着。最後是早餐不新鮮，在餐廳用過早餐之後出去辦事，在外面直接頭暈嘔吐，看過醫生後返回酒店休息，耽誤了一天的行程，反饋給酒店後也沒有任何錶示。總之體驗不太好，最最最重要的是有提供早餐的話，還是要保證食材的新鮮，以免給大家出行造成損失。

酒店大堂非常乾淨，裝修很棒，是我喜歡的風格。酒前台的小姐姐還給我升級了房型 真好，住在這裏非常舒服，酒店工作人員都很熱情，很有禮貌，服務真棒，交通還挺方便的，房間床品枕頭都很舒適，住在這裏感覺睡眠質量都好了，房間有免費的礦泉水。
