環境還不錯，乾淨，比較清凈。住宿條件同等價位算不錯的了，工作人員的態度也不錯。總的來説還是非常不錯的。

總體地理位置還不錯，位於萬興廣場和地旺廣場的中間，附近有馬鞍山和文廟；環境不是很好，如果是講究偏經濟一點的可以考慮，但是有點環境要求的可以考慮其他的了 😅；前台小姐姐服務很積極 🤗；房間設施基本上不是一半燈沒亮，就是一半的插座用不了，哈哈哈，供大家參考。

首先，衞生不乾淨，床上跟洗漱台都有頭髮，感覺床單都沒換上面有一些污漬。其次，靠近路邊，晚上睡覺真的很吵，凌晨三點四點車子路過超級響，隔音效果也不好，樓上隔壁，窗子發出聲音聽得一清二楚。入住體驗很不好。

房間大，除了雙床外，還有個麻將機；房間臨街，但晚上噪音並不明顯。
客房位於二樓，不足之處是沒有電梯，行李箱要自己拎上去。

在最繁華的地段，但房間很安靜，乾淨衞生，還有麻將機，中央空調很給力，熱風很暖和，床和被子很乾凈，出差可以選擇
