酒店位於衢州市中心區域，前往水亭等各個景點距離近，十分方便。
整體外部環境良好，停車方便，早餐較為豐富，碳水，蛋白質，粗纖維等應有盡有。
房間內設施比較陳舊，窗扇為推拉窗，衞生間可能因為水汽侵蝕門套和部分門邊框已腐爛分崩。希望酒店方能加強管控。
整體服務水平在線，能及時響應客户需求。

超出預期的一家酒店。環境不錯，還有荷花池和後花園。早餐也能夠吃飽。地理位置也不錯，離網紅菜場很近。入住期間恰逢人大開會，代表也住在他們家，所以保安等級好像提高了。入住還有歡迎水果，房間不錯，就是淋浴房小了一點。

前台的服務態度不錯，這個酒店應該是之前政府招待的酒店，離政府很近。
另外酒店住宿可以找前台要一個訂餐卡，用訂餐卡在他們二樓吃的菜可以打折

四星級園林式酒店，有免費停車場，前台服務好，大堂經理很熱情，房間乾淨整潔，還有增送的水果，早餐豐盛，晚餐也在酒店用餐，味道不錯，餐廳工作人員都很熱心。最後建議衞生間設施要更換了，洗手盆壞了漏水，鞋子都濕了。
