STAY AWAY! I booked this trip with my girlfriend for one room after waiting at the front end for 20 minutes and speaking to a few different people. After trying to check in, they informed me that all rooms were fully booked, which is very odd for a Wednesday and almost nobody in the lobby. After walking away, I realized I no longer had my $900 cellphone. I talked with the manager Ms. Ibtissan, and she informed me that she will not process a refund of my booking and did not know/see my phone. It appears they have a good scam running on foreigners who are in a compromising position without knowing the language. Without my phone, I was unable to do anything including booking a new room, and was forced to take a bus, sleep on the bus back. I am out of the booking without staying at the hotel, out of a phone, the customer service was horrible. I do NOT recommend and I highly advise to look elsewhere.

Everything was as expected. Great location! This was my second stay at the hotel and I will highly recommend it.

This property needs a good remodel. Dirty carpets in the room and hallways. Mold in the bathroom. Ants in the room.

My room was not supplied with coffee and water for 2 days. I called service on 1st day, to give me a small packet of coffee, 'cuz I really was tired and felt like drinking coffee and said she will call reception. No coffee and water for 2 days. But some Gate 1 people told me that they have, even 4 bottles of water. I guess the person in charge of my room isn't fair to everyone.

The locations is good. But the pictures on the website is very misleading. No golf space, no facilities. the reception manager’s attitude is very poor, the gentleman has no smile at all, very froid. it’s an expensive hotel mainly for French/foreigners, the value is not high. The bed is too soft, telephone is broken but still in use… However, Breakfast is great , many choices.

Warm staff is very competent on all aspects from A to Z. Well located & great environment. I’d go back in a heart beat if I return to Rabat.

The location is perfect. The staff are superb. The facility is old in dire need of renovation and the carpet yuck! Need redo asap.

Our luggage was delayed and Salah took us to buy what we needed until it arrived. He also helped us get to a bank. Hanane went over and above to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone was very kind, pleasant, and helpful. We strongly recommend this hotel.
