Villa Carlotta e' una struttura con un grande potenziale, tuttavia alcuni dettagli dovrebbero essere migliorati.
Per esempio non e' presente la presa carica batteria vicino la testata del letto, che nel 2023 e' una grande scomodita' per i cellulari.
La struttura e' bella e piacevole.

Lovely hotel with beautiful room, very large and comfy bed, and super linens! Shower is large and water quality is nice. Hotel restaurant, MU, is FABULOUS. The only thing I would revise is adding in some improved soundproofing in the hallways. The pool is huge and there is free parking. Owner, Mauro and all the staff are friendly and welcoming.

The perfect getaway ! My family and I recently visited this Hotel which is located centrally but also tucked away in plenty of greenery and serenity. Staff are stupendous and where very helpful with my needs once traveling with both a newborn and my elderly dad. Would certainly recommend and looking forward to be back. THANK YOU FOR A MEMORABLE STAY !

Bella location, pulita e con personale bar colazione e reception attento. La piscina è comoda e con tante sdraio e zone d'ombra anche se un po' datata. Il ristorante non è più stellato ma si mangia dell'ottima carne preparata sapientemente. La location è tranquilla, anche se a ferragosto logicamente c'è sempre più confusione. La sera fa freschetto, quindi consigliamo una giacca. Abbiamo trascorso un weekend in relax !

Struttura bella, ma poco curata. Piscina con parte calpestabile di legno e chiodi arrugginiti, non sicura. Dubbi sull'igiene e senza un servizio di salvataggio. Colazione passabile. Per un albergo 4 stelle, non rispecchia le stelle. Ristorazione: buona

Pésimo, basicamente porque es un hotel de 4 estrellas y como tal lo resevé. Pésimo porque un hotel de 4 estrellas, como tal lo pagas, tiene que ofrecer un servicio de cuatro estrellas y este no lo ofrece. He estado en hoteles de dos estrellas bastante más cuidados y con mejor servicio que este. Qué pena que un hotel en un entorno tan bonito esté tan abandonado. Habitación amplia, con pésimo mantenimiento. Baño que debió ser moderno hace 20 años pero bastante dejado. Por la noche, desde la cama, se escuchan las cañerías de la habitación de al lado y cada vez que tiraban de la cisterna sonaba como una catarata. Por el marco de la puerta entraba luz. Lo mismo que por la ventana, que era imposible de tapar con la cortina oscura que, teóricamnte, debería evitar la luz exterior. Toallas viejas de las que no secan. La habitación era doble y solo pusieron toallas, vasos y servicios para una persona. El desayuno, un buffet muy pobre y que no apetecía nada. La fruta, cuatro plátanos y cuatro naranjas, pasados apetecían menos. Ni apetecían los cuatro trozos de prosciutto, o de queso, ni las rebanadas de pan de molde. El servicio de desayuno, pésimo. Un camarero al que parecía dar todo igual. No volvería. Por lo cual no lo puedo recomendar.

Hôtel très agréable à 10 m’unîtes en voiture de la vielle ville de RAGUSA. Un endroit très joli avec des chambres spacieuses, pierres apparentes, poutres en bois .. avec porte fenêtre qui donne sur le jardin et la piscine. Un endroit idéal pour être au calme tout en restant proche de la ville historique. Le personnel est très agréable, la piscine très grande et bien entretenue. Un havre de paix qui se trouve au milieu de « nulle part ».

Le point négatif a été le petit-déjeuner où à 9h15/9h30 il ne restait plus rien. Ça a été un peu la panique pour le personnel
