中規中矩的一家酒店吧,免費停車,房間温度還行,洗衣服可以烤乾,水龍頭不太足,室內設計還可以,適合年輕人旅行。

Hotel manager failed to acknowledge my complaint and still will not acknowledge my request to refund our breakfast X4 that we paid for upon check-in, that we did not eat. We did not go for breakfast due to being served (and unknowingly eating!!) raw chicken in the restaurant the night we stayed. I vomited as soon as I realised. We did not trust the restaurant after this incident. We spent over 300 euros in this hotel for one night and the final night of our holiday was completely ruined. This was our 3rd year staying here on the way back from a ski trip. Never again.

A truly fun family hotel, we stayed here for two nights in august 2023. We arrived early at 11.30am and our rooms were already ready, so we were able to get in our room and start our adventure. Our two rooms were interconnecting which was brilliant with the kids, the beds were very comfortable and the whole of the hotel was very clean. The main area downstairs has lots of fun bits, like the Photo Booth, lots of games for everyone to play and comfortable seating. You could see the staff during the day, giving certain areas a deep clean. WiFi was good throughout the hotel. The pool was cold but that didn’t stop the children going in and enjoying it and most of the time they had it to themselves. The lunch menu was reduced as August is not their busy time, but we all still managed to eat (even me being a vegetarian) The evening menu was larger and also offered pizzas (which were very tasty). BK (a member of staff) was very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. When we paid our bill to check out the children were given a bag with colouring, pencils and sweets, which is a lovely gesture to remember their stay.

This is a fun and artsy hotel. The staff is very friendly and the accommodations are very good.

You know a hotel has caring staff when there's an unexpected torn hamstring in the tour group. The ice packs came out and the staff could not have been more helpful. Caroline, on the front desk, leads by example with her smiling efficiency. The bar staff went above and beyond during a very busy and thirsty period for our 42-strong Australian tour group during the Rugby World Cup. It makes a difference when you turn up at a chain hotel and it's a step above others in the chain. A positive experience and the omelette will certainly win your applause.

My error as I thought I had booked the Mercure in the city not the one on an industrial estate!.. had to use taxis so that added to our stay.. hotel tries to be quirky or I would say confusing.. find the reception etc.. however the biggest issue is the AC is broken and in this current heat is a disaster!.. staff are great but lesson learned!

Arrived temp 34 degrees no water in room. Lift is so small you cannot fit trolley that had suitcases on it. Very expensive for poor quality of room booked half board you get two courses only limited menu food not good at all. Bathroom dreadful needs complete refurb. Hotel appears to be on industrial estate

We choose this hotel because the said they had ac and we knew the weater would be hot (+ 33 degrees). The first room we got was on the sun side and very hot. We pointed out that the ac didn’t seem to work. They then moved us to a room on the second floor (also on the sun side). We stayed there the first night but hardly slept because of the heat and lousy ac. The next day they moved us to a room on the side ot the hotel that the sun didn’t reach. A little bit better but still very warm in the night. The ac is joke. Either too old or they did not want to turn it up. No indidividual temperature setting in each room. So if you goto the Reims area, don’t stay at this hotel if hot weather is coming.

Just had the worst night to the point where I had to leave during the night. The Air conditioning is a disaster. The room controls don’t seem to function and the aircon it seems is set in the lobby. Waking at 4am sweating is not the best experience. I wouldn’t ever consider going back in the summer months!
