"Well located along the Main Street in Reims. Nice room with balcony, almost like the pretty woman balcony overlooking the street activities. Room is large for the price and right below the hotel is a restaurant that served good food. Staffs are generally helpful and friendly. If u are staying more than a night, remember to put the clean room signage."

"This is the best hotel I have ever been to in my life. The reason for this is the exceptional service. From the moment you arrive in the car park to the second you leave, the staff are uniquely brilliant. Louise in reception was charming and we were so thrilled to be upgraded to the most beautiful bedroom I have ever stayed in (and I have been to many a hotel in my 53 years)... I love the fact that the hotel has no bells and whistles as far as facilities go, but is simply excellent in the most extraordinary way. In 2025 when we are forced to deal with chat boxes and robot pre-recorded voices and horrible internet service (or lack of it), the Crayeres is like an oasis in the desert."
