Staff is always ready to help and solve all the issues. Leaving from the city I had a late time and my baggage was placed in the storage room, which allowed me to enjoy a walk in the beautiful city for a longer time. Thank you all!!!"

"I contacted you because I was late check-in than I thought. I was embarrassed to float with a number that was not connected to the phone and no phone number on Google. I arrived at about 10:20 and the parking lot door was closed. I was embarrassed. I'm just gonna connect to the sleeping host. I checked in. Thank you for the fact that I couldn't contact you. I stayed in three beds, one of them on a single bed. The bedding was full of mold, so I couldn't use the bed. The bathroom is not drained, so the kids are taking a shower. I was embarrassed by the water. I barely got it with towels. The location is in the middle of Paris to Luxembourg. Very cheap and big mart (best) and McDonald's nearby It was good The hosts were friendly. I was sorry for the facilities and one bed."

"Hotel is located about 10 min away from Cathedral near highway off-ramp. Check-in was efficient and welcoming. They offered a complementary coupon for a champagne on-site with some munchies in the lobby. The room was good size Europe. But I would consider this as a 3-3.5 star vs 4 star hotel as the finishing was just a bit tacky with purple themes, wine, grapes, etc ... I would have preferred a gym on-site. The breakfast was bountiful and a great selection. I would stay in this hotel again for the price. "

Regadera minúscula, incluso para Europa u hotel básico de carretera. Todo correcto. Nada malo y nada espectacular. Personal educado. "A good budget hotel for a night on our way back home. Reims is a must to visit for sure! The room was small and it would be hard to use it for more than 2 people. However the location is great and easy to reach from the motorway. And next to the ibis hotel there is Mercury hotel where we went for dinner And it was superbly delicious;))))"

"The location is good, close to train station and big parking which is free. Normal breakfast and service. However, the air con was not working in one of my room. They can't fix it and not willing to change a new room."

"Very clean and spacious hotel. The staff were super friendly. The bar and restaurant is open late until midnight, they have a snack shop. The breakfast was nice also the hotel is spacious and beautiful. I would defenitly go back if staying in Reims. It's not located directly at the city center though, but at least it's quiet. They have a parking place for those coming by car. I recommend it"
