The staff, cleanliness were outstanding. Our room and the bed were excellent. The breakfasts we had were very nice. We especially liked the fact that the breakfasts varied in content so not to be just the same old thing every day. We definitely will stay here again.

Super clean and spacious rooms. Great staff and welcoming. Breakfast was good especially the tamales on Sunday.

Property was well maintained and lighted at night.
The only other thing is that the property is close to a major highway, a little noice , but overall it’s a good place.

The stay and staff were beyond expectations.
The only negative was other guest just slamming doors mostly at night, its understandable entering and leaving the room but we all have considerable of others.

To much noise from the outside, we can hear everything from the room next door even a sneeze. And the housekeeping staff was noisy in the morning.

I paid extra to get 2 king size beds but instead I got a king and Queen bed. I tried to get another room but they were sold out. I asked why did they give me the wrong room and the front desk said they didn't know there was a king and Queen bed. They told me I couldn't get an adjustment because I booked with a third party. I had to wait until Monday to talk to manager because the manager was off. So too bad for me.

Asked clerk to be placed on 3 rd floor due hotel usually has kids . Was placed on second floor and then a school group of basketball players evidently was above us. Slept very little two nights. Have stayed here several times a year. Very doubtful we will be back

Wonderful hotel with all the facilities you would need. Friendly staff and good breakfast!! Would definitely recommend it.
