This hotel was okay for a short layover stay. The rooms are a bit outdated, however we’re clean and sufficient for what I needed. The airport shuttle is a good idea, however, I booked the day before and it was still 45 minutes late, making me arrive at the airport later than intended. For the price it was an okay stay.

Because I want to return the car at the airport, I took a fancy to its airport bus. Recently, the price of the Boston hotel has almost doubled, and this price is not bad, but I still do not recommend this hotel. Entering the room is like daytime, the water volume in the bathroom is very small

I was in a bind & time crunch after staying one night. I trusted the manager & shuttle driver when they offered help. Instead I was left stranded on the side of a road at 2am to be robbed of all my belongings. I wouldn’t suggest any female stay here. Definitely don’t trust any of the males.

Avoid staying in this hotel. I stayed in family room 203 and could not sleep all night due to excessive noise from the reception desk opposite the room, where they ran a loud dispatch operation all through the night. It was one of the worst stays ever. The manager was not responsive to my feedback,and is not likely to improve. I the only thing that one really expects from an airport motel is to be able to sleep at a faur price. Paying USD 238 for a night without sleep is not what you are looking for.

I was charged twice on my credit card for a one night stay. I have tried to email them with no result, and when I call during the day I am told to email because the person answering the phone does not have the authority to do anything. I will never stay at this location again and recommend that you do not, because if an error is made there is no way to resolve it. I am stuck with having paid double what I planned probably due to an error by the desk clerk with no way to resolve it.

Disgusting - so bad I almost left even though jet lagged and had traveled 1000 miles back to Boston area. Carpet was gross and blankets like they are never washed. Blind was broken letting in light from street lamp. Hairs in the bed (!!!) and beds so old they have carved out body shapes and rickety sounds when you move. They should be shut down and/or visited by the Dept. of Health. Loud music from the front office at 11pm and a completely unreliable shuttle - we had to use an Uber instead. DO NOT use this option. Parking was good, so there is that. Gross. unreliable. sketchy area and unreliable shuttle made us almost late for our flight. Calling manager to get reimbursed for Uber, but I doubt that will happen. They do not care at all. Untrained employees. Regret decision to go here.

The place was not in a savory part of town. It was not close to Boston Logan Airport as the name suggests. The room was tidy but not clean. The bathroom door did not shut. It was noisy as it was on 2 busy streets. So therefore heard trucks all night and did not sleep. The television did not work. We paid $250 for a one night stay in the middle of the week. Was not worth the price.

The room smell badly. When I arrived back from my trip I called to get picked up. I was waiting at the designated spot for over an hour. I had to call three times to ask where is the driver? The first time I called the guy said, the driver is on the way. The second time I called the guy on the phone said to me "Don't worry I got you." The third time I called the guy said, "There was a problem with the walkie talkie, I forgot to plug it in." This place was terrible!!!!!

I just wanted to share a really rough experience my wife and I had at the Rodeway Inn near Logan Airport. We were just looking for a place to crash before our flight the next day, but things went south pretty fast. We got there around 9:30 PM, and the guy at the front desk, James, was on the phone and sounded super mad at someone. We didn't want to interrupt, so we just waited. But my wife started feeling really uncomfortable, and it was getting late, so I just said, "Excuse me, we're here to check in." That's when James lost it. He yelled at us, saying, "Why else would you be here?" and then told us we couldn't stay because we were 'kids' who didn't know how to behave. I was like, "What? We just said excuse me." My wife was really scared, and I was just trying to calm things down. But James wasn't having any of it. He said he'd cancel our booking and basically kicked us out. We went to the parking lot, and he followed us with a drink in his hand, acting all weird. We booked another hotel as fast as we could and got out of there. So, yeah, I wouldn't recommend this place at all, especially if you're with family. It was a pretty scary situation, and nobody should have to deal with that.

I looked at the reviews before booking and thought well its a good price and probably most people are expecting too much and just being picky. Well boy, was I wrong! For starters after circling the place looking for a place to park I called the front desk and was greeted rudely by a young lady telling me to just double park in a lot across the street from the hotel. Probably should have known that in advance... After walking up the stairs to check in I reminded the same young lady that I would need a shuttle to take me to the airport at 6:00 a.m. I was told that if I needed the shuttle it would be leaving at 4:00 a.m and that I would need to be outside waiting for it by 3:45. Not really what the website says. Walking down stairs to my room I was starting to feel a little misled. When I opened the door to the room I was greeted with the worst odor of urine and cigarette smoke one could EVER imagine. Inside the room both window blinds were broken to the point that closing them was not an option allowing beaming lights to fill up this otherwise very dark room all night long. The tv was barely hanging on the wall crookedly to which I didn't dare to touch. The door lock safety chain was missing and no where to be found. At this point I didn't feel like safety was in the Rodeway Inn's vocabulary but I had no choice to stay because getting a refund wasn't an option with them. Now I couldn't wait for that 4:00 a.m shuttle to pick me up! I'm sure I'm missing more mind blowing details about this establishment but I'll leave it at that. I truly feel bad for this business if the managers/owners head office personal can't see or don't care to see what they have going. When I reached out with my concerns I basically was told oh well and sorry. I booked this through ParkSleepFly.com ( never again). Pay the extra money don't make the same mistake I did and start your trip off with people that don't care and only want your money.
